One of my favorite home rentals! What a cute little cottage, so cozy and comfortable. Totally private entrance and little patio outside. The house was super clean, comfortable bed, and stocked with everything we could possibly need and more, they thought of everything! Even water bottles in the fridge and a handheld mirror, which were such nice touches that really came in handy. Also in a perfect area - great neighborhood for a walk and walking distance to downtown. Will 100% rent again if back in SLO!

What a wonderful spot! Exactly as described, very comfortable and organized with everything we needed. Also within walking distance to town which eliminated looking for parking. Highly recommend this lovely rental.

I chose this location because of its overall rating and “sanitized & safe”description, only to be disappointed. The plus is that it’s in a quiet mature neighborhood, but when we arrived at the 4PM check-in, the place had not been serviced and everything was just as the previous renters had left it. We had to scrample to find another place for the night. When we returned the next day after it had been “serviced” there were spider webs in the living room by the TV cabinet and the kitchen by dishwasher… which made us wonder just how good of a “sanatizing” job they do.

Perfect home away from home

This cozy cottage had everything my preschool daughter and I needed for a weekend getaway. It was clean, welcoming, and convenient to downtown SLO. The hosts had tons of recommendations and tips and were very responsive.

Great alternative to local hotels

We enjoyed our stay for a getaway to watch our son play baseball at Cal Poly. Everything was as expected for the listing. It's a perfect size for two people. Its a great ADU and alternative to local hotels.

Perfect Spot in SLO

We had a wonderful weekend visit in San Luis Obispo. This location is not far from everything the town has to offer, great shopping, restaurants and nature. The cute one bedroom was clean, comfortable and quiet and the owner is quick to respond. We would definitely rent here again.

Happy Home :)

This was such an amazing spot! It felt like we stayed in a cozy little beach cottage. The location is perfect! You’re in a quiet neighborhood but still walking distance to downtown and other great restaurants and coffee shops. This was a very nice home away from home for my girlfriend, her younger sister, and myself. We absolutely recommend this place for a peaceful and happy stay in SLO!
