Very impressed

Wonderful hotel,nice quiet place. I came there to ski in Madonna Di Campiglio which is 50 min away , but there is a wonderful skiing area Paganella just 9 km away . Hotel provided shuttle service to this place. They also picked me up after skiing. Very nice and helpful gentlemen at reception desk Pasquale. Hotel offers spa facility of the unbelievable quality which contains sauna, Turkish bath, whirlpool jacuzzi and many more. Thanks again , it was a wonderful time.

Bellissima esperienza. Accoglienza splendida, personale sempre attento, gentile e disponibile. L’hotel è immerso nella natura, praticamente sul lago di Nembia, a 5 km/h da Molveno. Ideale per qualche giorno di tranquillità.

Struttura carina e pulita, personale gentilissimo e disponibile, colazione abbondante con possibilità di usufruire di una convenzione con il ristorante di fronte per la cena anche da asporto. Ubicazione perfetta in riva al lago ed a pochi minuti da Andalo e Molveno.

Il luogo è incantevole con il lago di Nembia proprio sotto all’hotel, davvero stupendo. La struttura non è delle più nuove e moderne ma comunque molto accogliente e pulita. insieme alla mia famiglia abbiamo dormito nella stanza mansarda, niente di che, credo però che avere la camera con balconcino sul lago sia tutta un’altra cosa. Con il personale non siamo partiti proprio bene, ci sono delle regole che personalmente ho trovato fastidiose da gestire in vacanza (ogni giorno devi prenotarti la colazione per il gg dopo entro una certa ora e devi poi presentarti all’orario prestabilito??, orari di check in senza nessuna flessibilità: prima delle 14.00 non puoi mettere piede in hotel neanche per lasciare le valigie, e così via). Una volta che ci siamo spiegati e chiariti sul sistema di gestione con il personale devo dire che le cose sono comunque migliorate. Prezzo nella norma, tutto sommato lo consiglio.

Scortesia e arroganza

La struttura è carina e accogliente ed il laghetto prospiciente un vero incanto. Purtroppo non è dotata di un locale dove i bimbi, in inverno, possono trascorrere un po' di tempo per giocare la sera prima di andare a dormire.La mia camera tripla era a mio parere un po' piccola ed il televisore ridicolo con i suoi forse 15 pollici. Temperatura in camera non regolabile autonomamente.Colazione con prodotti di buona qualità ma con poca scelta.Passo al tema scortesia. I miei due bimbi non sono affamati a colazione e si limitano a d una tazza di latte e poco più. Prima di terminare la colazione mi accingo a preparare due mini, ma veramente mini panini per il più piccolo dei miei bimbi (10 anni) che da lì a poco ne avrebbe avuto bisogno per il viaggio soffrendo la macchina e si avvicina la sig.ra Alexandra che con modi scortesi mi chiede il numero della stanza per addebitare il costo dei panini. Io rimango sorpreso e chiedo delucidazioni e per tutta risposta vengo platealmente "cazziato" davanti a tutti gli ospiti con tono arrogante:"o li mangia qui o sennò li deve pagare! Non ha letto il cartello?" Rimango mortificato. In realtà non avevo notato il cartello che vietava di prepararsi il pranzo al sacco.Ma in realtà non era quello che stavo facendo.Si trattava di due minuscoli panini per un bimbo che quasi non aveva fatto colazione.Ma la cosa che più mi ha infastidito sono stati i modi veramente sgarbati e prepotenti della signora: c'è modo e modo di fare un appunto!

Posizione ottima praticamente attaccata al lago Nembia da cui partono alcuni itinerari a piedi o in bicicletta (tra cui l'itinerario per il giro del lago di Molveno). Silenzioso, colazione ottima e molto varia (torte, croissant, caffè, the, cioccolata, caffè d'orzo, marmellate, yogurt, cereali ecc.). Personale molto disponibile anche a fornire informazioni sulle attività che si possono fare nei dintorni.

Soluzione risultata al di sotto delle aspettative per diversi motivi. Le due camere prenotate avevano una temperatura bassa e il personale si è mostrato poco disponibile ad aumentare la temperatura interna. L'arredamento delle camere vecchio e il letto provvisto di materassi scomodi. Camere poco insonorizzate. Personale non disponibile nelle ore serali e notturne. Un soggiorno che a fatica può raggiungere il 6. Unica consolazione, il buonissimo ristorante adiacente.
