We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely come back! The location was perfect—close to everything we needed, which made getting around so easy and stress-free. The place itself was spotless and very well maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. One thing we really appreciated was how well the air conditioning worked—it kept the space cool and refreshing, especially after long days out in the heat. Everything was clean. Communication with the property owner was clear and transparent. Overall an amazing place to stay if you want to be a little outside of San Juan. The area is safe and easily accessible for Ubers. There is a lot near by and two blocks away from casa Blanca. My partner and I love it!

It was a good budget option. The apartment was clean. We did not have any trouble getting in. We loved the rooftop patio and opportunity to look out over the city. Would have been great if we just had 4 people. The couch bed was not very comfortable in the living room. I would not recommend for more than 4 people.

The place looks amazing inside. It is well renovated and clean. The area is barrio obrero though and it is a bit “hot” so please be aware and be respectful of people around you as it a neighborhood. Don’t be going out at night acting a fool. Be respectful and respect the locals. There’s a lot of families living around there. Place itself was very nice. We loved it. They only speak English as well which was kinda sad. Since they are in an island that speaks Spanish.
