Good hotel very clean good food and staff
I was planning my holidays at Marriott SanJuan hoping to have a relaxing nice time. I was really disappointed to find out there was an ongoing renovation of the floor in which my room was. That off course didn’t let me sleep in, with constant loud noises and dirty stuff around the floor. I reached management and my complaints were not taken seriously. Please think twice before booking your stay here
This property is outdated and was more like a hotel and not a resort. A lot of people drunk on beach and coming & going in and out of hotel from beach. It was NOTHING like it was when I stayed there is 2015.

I was really disappointed by the $45 daily resort fee and $25 daily parking fee. The drinks were expensive, and the service wasn’t amazing. I am not sure what the daily fee was even for, a towel for the pool and beach access?
Staff was always helpful. Property is very nice. Close to airport and 15 min away from old San Juan.
Everyone was great. Had to watch football in bar not on tv in room. Brunch was overly priced
The rooms were very clean.. outdoor pool and everything around it was very clean. I had a very relaxing time
Enjoyed my stay. Would definitely return. Had a beautiful ocean view as well.
For the price paid, this resort was extremely disappointing. The food options were limited and overpriced, only available at inopportune times unless you wanted to order room service with premium fee and tip. The staff seemed annoyed with guests' presence. Housekeeping only came to our room after we had been gone all day and didnt even fully clean it when we left for an hour for them to do it. Never got service the other days until day we were leaving and they knocked very early ro ask us when we were checking out. Casino was tightest slots we've ever seen or experienced. Drinks were way overpriced and poorly made - not fully mixed, limited knowledge of drinks from bartenders and slow service. Breakfast buffet was extremely limited and overpriced. No shuttle from the airport that is only 1 mile away or to tourist locations. TV had no service on cable and you could only use Showtime app. Internet was really spotty. The entire hotel smelled musty and wet in all locations. Purhcased items in the mini store and soda was not sealed and flat.
My partner and I stayed at this resort and absolutely loved the fact that so many excursions offered hotel pick up and it was located right on the beach , with dining options and a concierge table in the lobby to help booking tours and activities for the day. The bars are convenient but open at 11am supposedly, my partner and I often had to wait until 12PM to get a drink though. The dining options are OK but would definitely recommend going elsewhere as the prices and quality of food do not match. Our biggest issue was the treatment we received from the staff , upon arrival I needed to use the rest room and the lady at the front desk told me just across the hall , as I was walking I asked a man at the bar again because I didn’t see it and he told me to go outside , I ended up finding out that the bathroom was right behind him so this was unpleasant, we received multiple dirty stares from employees in the hotel and often times it seemed like we had to be very vocal in order to get proper service/treatment. For the price of this resort you would think that EVERYONE would get treated with respect but we did not experience that. We spoke with a few other guest and the sentiment was the same.
Everyone was so warm and friendly. Hotel staff was so accommodating and helpful. The beauty of this property was astounding. Gorgeous views and the perfect place to relax.

The staff was friendly and attentive to requests, everything was clean. Good espresso/lattes and food (though a bit limited and $$$). Only complaint is a big one. It is too near the airport and very frequent loud takeoffs spoiled the “nature”.
