Our stay was great. Carmen sent suggestions prior to our stay and was easy to contact with any issues or concerns. She really thought of everything you could possibly need during your stay. Would highly recommend to others to stay.

What stood out is the unbelievable attention that this particular host gives to her customers. Aquátika has its challenge, with electric , cable and water service but this host goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable!! I e been here twice and I’ll be back !

We enjoyed a week here. The property was clean and well maintained. My only complaint would be the waits at the gate for security to let you in when we got back from exploring . We often got stuck behind people checking in which is about a 5 min process per car checking in. I would suggest cars checking in pull to the side so others coming back can just show their brackets to get through. I witnessed long lines at the gate on several occasions.

The proximity to the beach was excellent. The host was responsive to questions. The unit was thoughtfully stocked to make vacation more comfortable. The vibe was family friendly and the complex was clean and well maintained.

Hidden gem

We had a great stay. The owner was fantastic and the condo was very clean and updated. The complex was very safe and well taken care. We also enjoyed all the amenities on the property.

The location, the welcoming and the surroundings made this one of the best trips for me and my family. Carmen is an amazing host.

Amazing stay!

Our stay was perfect! My family and I arrived late in the day and check-in was still a breeze. The unit was extremely clean and well furnished. We really appreciated the fact that there were dryer sheets, laundry and dishwashing pods for our use. The beach was perfect for us and access to other great Puerto Rico locations was very convenient. We hope to stay again soon!

We have stayed in Aquatica before and we love the property Carmen's condo is absolutely beautiful Carmen was responsive as was her husband Jose to any issues we had we will absolutely stay there again

Perfect vacation condo

We absolutely appreciated the extra amenities provided in this condo. Extra things like the shampoo, aloe Vera and bug spray just showed that the host really wanted you to have everything even something’s that you might not have considered were ticked off in the cabinets. I’ve stayed in lots of VRBOS and this is by far the most enjoyable with host help and amenities plus cleanliness. Absolutely recommend this place!

Great place- clean and very convenient

Really great place, located at the very north end of the property by the beach. It would have been great to have more comfortable chairs or couch on the patio, and the hallway bath shower tends to allow water to seep across the floor (needs to be sealed at the base) but otherwise no complaints! Very clean, well equipped, beds pretty comfortable.

Great family time

This was our first time vacationing in Puerto Rico. We were not sure what to expect. Carmen was a great help. From directions to the condo to suggestions on food and activities was great. Very helpful. The beachfront gem was great. Clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed the convenience to the beach. We all enjoyed our time in Puerto Rico.

Absolutely Wonderful!

We had an amazing time during our stay! Carmen was a wonderful host and her property was amazing! She was very thoughtful and provided many useful items like sunscreen, towels, bug spray, pool and sand toys and many other items. It was close to the beach and the beach was always very clean and beautiful. There were several local eateries and hidden beaches that we enjoyed going to. I would happily stay here again!!

Wonderful!

This property was in a lovely location right next to the beach. Great access to many pools. The home was very well maintained, nicely decorated and stocked with everything we needed (both in the kitchen and for enjoying the beach). The host was very responsive with any questions we had and made us feel very welcome.

Nice place, very spacious on own private beach.

It was a nice place. The private beach was ok but on the smaller side. Everything else was wonderful. Only part was traveling a decent amount to get to places if you want to do other things. I give the place itself a 5 star as far a view and cleanliness. Whole entire apartment was nice. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and very nice and updated. Highly recommend

This unit is absolutely perfect. Wonderful beach view. First floor. Super clean and recently remodeled. Carmen our host was fantastic! We stayed almost the entire month of July and it was great start to finish.

Perfect for a family of 6

Absolutely loved our stay. Just steps from the beach and multiple heated swimming pools. The apartment was impeccably clean and beautiful. It had everything a family might need: fully equipped kitchen, beach towels, even beach toys and floats for the kids to borrow. Carmen, the host, was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions. 100% recommend it without hesitation.

Beautiful condo that's just a few steps away from the ocean. There really isn't much of a need to leave the condo at all with all the other activities included at the complex. The host definitely went above and beyond to accommodate us! I very highly recommend this place!

Best condo location

The condo was clean and steps away from the beach. Our host recommended some great dining options and things to do. I planned this trip from my daughter sweet sixteen and she loved it! We were never bored and tried everything from the park with a swing set to the pool, hot tub, beach and even volleyball. The condo was clean and supplied with shampoo and conditioner. Everything we needed was there and a little convenience store outside the resort. It was a lovely stay and best location to see the ocean from bed.
