Increíble 21a planta del apartamento a pie de playa. Playa Azul, Luquillo

Este condominio se encuentra a 2 baño unidad en la esquina de 3 dormitorios con 1,250 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable muy bien cuidados. Tiene un balcón que da a las vistas panorámicas de la selva tropical de El Yunque y los notables playas de Luquillo de este a oeste.

Ver las hermosas puestas de sol y los cambios de clima en el balcón en el piso 21. Únete a las actividades de la zona común; las piscinas, pistas, canchas de baloncesto, el equipo del patio y la sala de la comunidad con un servicio religioso domingo por la mañana.

Grandes ventanas y ventiladores en cada habitación, nos brindan una maravillosa circulación y luz. Cada habitación tiene su propio aire acondicionado. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size, baño privado y un gran paseo en el armario. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama de matrimonio y una cómoda con espejo. El tercer dormitorio tiene una cama de tamaño completo.

La cocina está totalmente equipada con una estufa nueva, gran lavadora y secadora, microondas, horno tostador, cafetera, tostadora, todos los utensilios y mucho más. Mesa de comedor para seis personas. Sillas adicionales disponibles. La sala tiene un sofá grande y cómoda con TV por cable, Internet accesible y DVD.

Love this place. It’s perfect for four people. I only say that because it a bit small. If you like firm beds this will be good for you. If you don’t , use extra pillows. There is a nice balcony that offers several chairs, ocean sounds and a lovely breeze and view. The building is older but in good shape. One can tell it took a beating from the 2017 hurricane. The build staff are lovely people and very friendly. We did not spend much time as the place only because it’s steps away from the beach. It’s in a great little area near several restaurants. We went to this little convenience store almost every day to buy drinks for cheap(8-10 US) Near that was a wonderful breakfast place with delicious food. luquillo beach ( calm beach) and kiosks are just down the road and surfer beach is on the other side. If plans to go to El Yunque it’s only a 15 minute drive. San Juan was 45 minutes. If going to old San Juan take an uber parking is terrible. Overall this is a great place and location. I would come back here again

Tropical paradise

I had the time of my life. The views were priceless, waking up to hearing and seeing the ocean from my bed is a memory I will never forget. The building is older but very safe, there was some sand in different places in the apartment, but the strong winds carry the sand inside and it's such a small price to pay for staying in paradise. I loved that it felt like a home and not a resort. I will recommend the apartment and the experience to anyone who wants a true Latin American/Caribbean beach experience. The owner was very attentive, the security guard so polite and pleasant. I can't say enough good things about my vacation here.

It’s all about the accommodations

The balcony was a favorite. The view was exceptional even in the rain. It was nice not to have the stackable plastic chairs, yours were a wonderful treat. Out of the four units being rented by family , all agreed we hit the jackpot. The unit was as advertised so no surprises. We were truly excited with all the beach provisions waiting in the large closet. The only annoyance truly was maneuvering the locked gates. Appreciated it getting in but frustrating trying to leave the recreation area which is the only route to the beach. The location was perfect for all ages with plenty to see and do. I never leave a perfect score because there’s always new heights to reach for. Thank you George for letting us know you were available to help and even replacing batteries before we realized there was an issue.

Great location

We booked this place as this part of island was recommended by friends. Fantastic location. The condo suited our needs perfectly, but really we only spent a small amount of time there. The beach is great and provides great walking in either direction. You can walk to several restaurants or bars. The view is exceptional. The bedding was comfortable and although towels are provided, I preferred the ones I packed for the beach. We went with 5 other families and we all booked within the one of the three buildings. We all said we would book here again.

Great place to stay!

Apartment was perfect, had everything we needed to eat some at home, great having a washer/dryer to use. Beds were comfortable. Many beach items to use. The view off the balcony was amazing, along with being able to walk right out to the beach! Within walking distance to many restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy. We felt safe in the complex and walking around to restaurants/grocery store. Would definitely recommend staying here! We had a great time!

Great location and view

Loved our stay here. 24 hour staff on site, gated parking and pool/grounds (we had no safety issues or concerns, but just a nice added measure). Best thing for us was the amazing beach right across the street. Green flag conditions every day we were here, and the beach is beautiful. Some reefs close to shore meant we used our snorkels and saw all sorts of fish. We loved starting our day looking out from the 21st floor view - the deck wraps around a bit for great breezes, and as the property is an end unit - you can look at the water and El Yunque mountain from the deck and inside the apartment from many angles. Would definitely go back!

Comfortable stay

There is a lot to love about this place! The view is incredible - the pictures don't even do it justice. The balcony wraps around the side so that you get views of El Yunque and the gorgeous Playa Azul. The condo is spacious and has comfortable bedding and the provided beach amenities (boogie boards, coolers, chairs, towels) were appreciated. Being on the 21st floor even had the added benefit of sharing our balcony with a peregrine falcon!!! :) The only downside to this place is that it could really use a good deep cleaning and possibly some better materials. There was only one small plastic bowl, and the sheer window coverings made it difficult to sleep past daybreak. If you're looking for space and a beautiful view - and don't need luxurious accommodations - you will not be disappointed with this place!

Amazing Location

We took our first ever winter family trip. The property was nothing short of amazing! Plenty of room for a family of 3 with all the amenities. The view from the balcony was gorgeous and we spent a lot of time out there. Great beach access. Lots of great close conveniences. The owners were fantastic with communication. We stayed during the island wide power outage and they were amazing in letting us know what to do. Would 100% come back here.

5 days in paradise

This apartment has amazing views (and access to) beautiful Luquillo beach - paradise, especially when compared to the gray December sky of Ohio. We had 6 in our party and there was plenty of room. Place was clean, but is in need of updating (dryer was making serious noises, range hood fan did not work, one toilet was running constantly). Be prepared to bring or buy supplies like TP, soap, paper towels). There was only one elevator working while we were there, the other was being updated. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is in transition - looks like they are still recovering from hurricane damage, but there are fantastic little places to eat nearby! El Yunqe is close. Go exploring. This is not a "stay on the resort" kind of place.We would stay here again.

Worth It!!

The condo was beautiful and well appointed! We had a fabulous stay, despite a hiccup at the beginning. George, the owner was quick to respond and checked in to be sure our stay got better. This condo is on the 21st floor, one below the penthouse. The views are beyond spectacular! We didn't realize that it was a corner unit, so we had views of BOTH the beach and the El Yunque! We had a number of days with a red flag on the beach directly across from the condo, however, a short distance down, to the right, the flags were green all week - definitely the reason we visited Luquillo. My daughter and I discovered a little cove (you can see it from the condo - it curves around to the right). The waves are barely existent. We spent quite a bit of time in the water just hanging out without having to fight the waves. It was glorious! With regard to the unit, it was very clean, we had all that we needed in the kitchen, we were comfortable and the washer and dryer allowed us to pack light. Our family doesn't typically go back because the world is such a big place, however, if we decide to visit Luquillo again, we would definitely stay here again. Note: the hiccup we had was with the elevators, all of them went out and we were on the 21st floor. With that said, they did get one of the four working and it didn't affect our stay. The building is in the process of replacing the elevators which is desperately needed.

Very nice!

There were a lot of positives about this location: nice end unit large enough for 6 adults, gorgeous view, wonderful beach, & a large pool. The location was great because it was so close to stores and great restaurants! The elevators are still an issue and the one that was "working" made us all nervous!!! Our group was not happy with the lack of chairs at the pool (and no tables/umbrellas at all) and the building's rule about only clear bottles of water allowed in the pool area...ridiculous! Lastly, all the recreational elements (pool, beach, basketball, etc) are closed and locked at 7pm; too early for vacationers.

Absolutely perfect!

1st STR on the island and I was immensely happy with my choice. The apartment was true to the photos and very clean. Communication with the host was easy and they were very responsive. Beach access was great for the days when we didn’t have anything major planned and the host provided everything needed for beach days. Chairs, cooler, boogie boards…There was even a bin of toys for smaller children which I thought was cool. My youngest is 16, so that didn’t matter to us. Location on Playa Azul was so convenient too. 5 minutes from the kioskos, easy access to Fajardo, Rio Mar, Piñones, & SJ. The one working elevator was rickety & the parking lot could use a redo, but the apartment more than makes up for it & clearly not anything the owner has control over. My only suggestion would be to bring a slumber mask if you want to sleep past sunrise : ). The view is absolutely stunning and never gets old. I would absolutely stay there again!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo. I was so happy to see that they even provided beach chairs and boogie boards for my kids for the amazing waves! We look forward to staying again very soon! This condo was in the perfect location right on the beach, close to El Yunque, and the kioscos!

Only nice thing was the view.

So I don’t like being those types of people who leave negative reviews but this must be said. To start the place is outdated. The bathrooms both of them had their own set of problems. The master bedroom bath stinks. There is no working fan so there is no way to have the air circulating. Second the towels smell of mildew. There was no toilet paper. The second bath the door didn’t close. It kept opening. The light in one of the bedrooms wouldn’t turn on and to make matters worse two times while we were there the elevators didn’t work. We were on the 21 st floor and had to carry all of our suitcases down all those flights of stairs. The only nice part of the stay was the view. Other than that. I wouldn’t stay there again.

A Wonderful Place To Stay!

We have stayed at Playa Azul six times and this was our favorite unit. Comfy balcony chairs to have coffee and enjoy the beautiful view. Comfy beds, quick coffee maker, a dishwasher, lots of tv to stream. George is a great host and the communication with him was the best of any place we ever rented. We can't wait to return!

Luquillo vacation with adult children

Beautiful view on balcony of beach with nice clean pool, however was very cold. George, our host was very attentive with any questions or concerns we had during our stay. The washing machine had issues and they were addressed within a couple hours which was wonderful. The villa itself was a little dirty such as black mold on washing machine seal, garbage cans and dish dryer rack. People were very friendly and nice and felt very safe in the neighborhood. We were able to walk the beach each direction with clean soft sand. Had a nice time relaxing with family

Almost Paradise!

This place is amazing! Beautiful area, away from the metro area traffic, yet everything needed was close by. Home is extremely comfortable and all amenities needed were readily available. And the view… my mother in law said she could have stayed the whole week in the balcony and it would have been worth the cost of the rental 😃. Access to the beach and less of a mile drive away from one the most beautiful beaches: Luquillo beach (and let’s not forget the Luquillo kiosks 😋! Thanks George , for making your home available! Like Home

This place is like being at home. It was beautiful with beautiful views. It was clean easy to find everything. The people watching the property were very friendly and helpful. The owners stayed in touch with us to make sure we had everything we needed. I would return.
