is a beautiful house, needs lost of care, windows need screen, doors also to keep flys and mosquitos out, i enjoy my stay at san juan.

Rustic adventure on a private beach!

Proximity to the beautiful little private beach with stunning views of the ocean and sky - were the best parts about this house! The house could use lots of general updates (seems like it hasn't been painted or parts fixed since its build?) and clearer directions for lights, fans, WiFi, etc. It felt a little treacherous to get to as well- but were adventuresome folk, so it was all worth the ride.

Unsanitary and unsafe filled with bats in the home

The home was not as depicted in pictures.it was dirty , not well kept and worst of all had bats in the home and the rooms smelled of urine from the bats

Excellent Beachfront location

We were a big group of 8 people. My family and I had a wonderful stay. The listing was very accurate and communicating with everyone was very easy. The location was excellent as we were literally on the beach. Waking up in the morning to the Ocean view and hearing the waves at night, were AWESOME. I highly recommend this home.

Playa Marsella Charm

This is our second stay at this property and we will return next year. The location is great. 20 minutes from town and worth the drive. 2 restaurants on the beach…a 1 minute walk. Another 5 minute drive to a great breakfast and specialty coffee spot. 5 minutes away from another beach that has 3 restaurants and amazing surf lessons and rentals….and the sunsets are to die for. The caretaker and his family that live on the property are some of the nicest people I have ever met and we have continued to communicate with them since last year. Harry the property manager is super easy to communicate with and very responsive. Can’t wait till next year.

Awful home

Pictures are deceiving. Pricing extremely high for the quality of the rental. Ran down, dirty, awful furniture. Dirty moldy water. Crusty towels that they were so worry people would take. We had a three day stay and left after one night due to late arrival and had no other option. Beach not pretty. Neighbor demolishing a zinc roof at 6 am in the morning making lots of noise.

Great beach weekend

Excellent private house for a weekend at the beach. The house is nice and perfectly situated on Playa Marsella. Everything worked perfectly, all appliances, wifi and a/c in the bedrooms. Staff for check in/check out and caretakers are very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful Home

House was pretty much like pictures although pool smaller than it looks in photos. On site staff was friendly and helpful. Owner was very easy to get ahold of for any questions. Was very windy when we were there so was hard to enjoy the beach. House was very clean, beds comfortable and views were amazing.
