We loved our stay. The staff were very friendly, the room was clean and had all that we needed and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of hot water for a great shower in the morning and the kids had a great time in the pool. I would absolutely stay here again.

We liked the feeling of being tucked away in a beautiful tropical retreat in the city. The place was quiet and we slept great. We ate a delicious dinner at the restaurant. The stay was very convenient and the hostess was very helpful and communicative.

The property is like a jail they have a gate that needs to be opened to enter or exit. The parking lot is terrible you cannot park easily and take out the car. Property is old and needs improvements. AC didn’t work one night and fans don’t work. For same price or a few bucks more you can get much better accomodation.

We arrived on a day when the restaurant was closed. But the reception staff offered a suggestion for a local restaurant which was in walking distance. The service, food and staff there was very good. The included breakfast was adequate.

Property is gated, with beautiful landscaping. Friendly staff in reception 24 hrs. I had 2 rooms, both of which had no hot water nor water pressure. One room also didn’t have air conditioning late at night. Pool water was not clear. I can hear the big trucks and motorcycles all day. The stay was not worth the price paid. Rooms were very small.

Very quiet country like Villas, secluded, secured parking. The rooms have bunk beds which increases the bed count with larger rooms that fit up to 7. The hotel is near the animal refuge and some great local restaurants, if you are driving.
