Early check in which is only at 12pm no eariler, will run you $100. Wifi kept disconnecting every 30-45 mins requireing you to reconnect and agree to policies over and over on multiple devices. final night of our stay the plumbing went out, meaning no running water in the bathrooms so we didn't get a chance to shower or use toilets before our checkout. (still waiting to hear back from the manager on how we will be compensated for that). Other than that only compliment I have is the room and bathroom were very spacious. on that note sad to say but I will not be booking here again.

The rooms are very outdated . The heating furnace was very loud and it made it difficult to sleep with all the noise . Overall there was a lot of deferred maintenance with the entire hotel.

Can’t say it was my favorite hotel. It’s conveniently located next to the SAP Center. Other than that, the bed and pillows were not the best. The sink barely worked, and the room would not cool down.

The staff was really friendly, however the carpet was pretty gross, lots of stains, the sink drained really slow, and the toilet paper was super cheap. They also charge a whopping $53 per day for valet parking, while not offering any other parking options.
