The Hilton Garden Inn La Sabana offers clean, comfortable rooms and a convenient location near the park. The room itself met expectations — spacious, quiet, and well maintained. Service was mixed during my stay. Some staff members were friendly and helpful, while others were less responsive. I attempted to arrange a shuttle through Expedia messaging prior to arrival but never received a response, and ultimately had to take an Uber instead (which was fine, but communication would have been appreciated). Overall, it’s a solid, comfortable hotel, but more consistent responsiveness from staff would improve the experience.

The room was extremely noisy, as the air conditioner was malfunctioning, rumbling so loud that we could not even listen to the tv. The shower had only a trickle of water coming out, so the shower was virtually unusable. We reported these to the front desk AND management multiple times to no avail. We were told maintenance would come but they never entered our room. We asked repeatedly for another room but were told each time, they had no rooms available. It was so bad, we had to get a room at another hotel one day early, as we had not slept in days. The employees were clearly uncaring. It is the worst travel experience of our lives. Shame on Hilton for not monitoring this abhorrent condition and failure
