This was a great place to stay great location. The rooms are really big and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The Internet and TV connection was great fully stocked kitchen. My only tip would be to ditch the rug in the living space. It has seen a bit of love and the whole place would look spruced up and cleaner without that rug there.

Location was perfect proximity to shops, restaurants and beach! Bedrooms were clean and spacious. Host was very responsive and check in/check out process was seamless and easy. Overall we had a great visit!

Location is everything! Just off the main shopping/restaurant street in downtown Capitola and a 1 minute walk to the beach. Comfortable stay with everything we needed. My only suggestion would be a different heating system for the downstairs living area. It never warmed up. The floor heaters worked great upstairs.

The location was perfect, very close to the ocean and walkable distance to many restaurants and shops. I loved that there was a designated parking spot so we didn’t have to worry about finding parking. The communication with the host was easy and they were quick to respond.

The location was perfect! We walked everywhere. Off-street parking was a blessing. The place was very clean and well-equipped.However - We did notice the area rug in the living room was quite stained and dirty and most of the blinds would not open.

Capitola Getaway

Loved the location . Did have problems with TV connection. Contacted host sent out technician to repair_ TV upstairs not working. Exhaust fan light over stove not working. No place hang bath towels in bathroom, no body wash in shower. Need key for gate to patio so don’t have to bring surfboard through. hard to do if have longboard. Nice location bed very comfortable. Host quick to address problems

Perfect location in Capitola Village

What a perfect location right in Capitola Village! Step right outside the door and you are at restaurants, shops, and the beach. Our teen/adult kids could go out on thier own to the arcade and grab boba, pizza, etc. The house was clean and comfortable and stocked with the basics. The grocery store is just up the road a bit for everything else. The best part is a parking space! Parking is premium in Capitola. We would definitely return again.

Beautiful home away from home

This place was perfect for a short stay in the lovely town of Capatilo. So many shops in walking distance. Coffee shop nearby. This is a lovely home. Thanks for sharing. My husband loved the grand chairs in the living room. The bathroom is gorgeous!
