Hidden Gem

Mira Vista 20 is in a small complex, right on the beach, with terrific views, a great pool and grounds, and excellent accommodations. In our opinion it's a much better option than the big, expensive hotels and resorts. Everything you need is right here.

Tim and Melissa provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay in their nicely furnished condo. We especially appreciated the fluffy towels, Roku TV, well-stocked kitchen (coffee maker with pods, filtered water, newer pots and pans, nice glasses...). We enjoyed spending time on the patio and swimming in the heated pool. When we had a question, Tim was quick to respond with a helpful answer.

Beach time heaven

We stayed at Tim & Melissa’s for two weeks and wished it was two more. Short uber to everything you need. Walk to several eating spots. Lay on the beach and fall asleep to the crashing waves. Heaven.

A quiet, wonderful oceanfront location.

We had confidence in this unit the moment we communicated with Tim & Melissa. They responded quickly and were incredibly helpful. All aspects of our rental was easy and efficient. The condo is exactly as pictured. During our 2 week stay, we spent hours on the balcony watching the whales and other marine life splash around just offshore at daybreak and sunset. Great spot!

Great Place to stay in San José del Cabo

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo in Mira Vista. The view from the balcony is stunning and the beach is fantastic. We didn't really cook other than making eggs for breakfast, but the unit looks like it has everything you would need to cook anything you want. The pool was great, and nicely heated, not something you get at many places in Cabo. We had no complaints at all. Highly recommend this place and we will be back.

Paradise

This was a very special place. Very clean and well appointed. The complex is small and quiet which was very relaxing. The property grounds are beautiful. The best is the view and sitting out on the deck for coffee and watching the sunrise! Tim was excellent to work with and we will definitely return.

Perfection

My husband and I had the most amazing stay at Tim and Melissa's condo in San Jose Del Cabo. The location is phenomenal! The photos in the listing are 100% what you get! The condo was very clean, the bed was so soft and comfortable especially after a "strenuous" afternoon at the pool. LOL The other owners/guests were very welcoming and spent time answering all this Gringo's many questions. We did not rent a car and used Uber and it was a breeze. Thanks so much Tim and Melissa for the wonder visit. We will see you again!!

Peaceful and beautiful

Excellent for a quiet scenic escape. Fish lady comes Friday upper parking lot noon-1pm, EXCEPTIONAL deals. Condo was great and the bed is brilliant, we are buying one now it was that comfortable!!! Lock box key pad accessed by opening condo screen door not neighbour box as we noticed you could get confused as mentioned in listing. Pool,bbq/AC/standup fan/stove patio furniture all great. 20 min walk to LaComer grocery store or short Uber. Great tacos under the bridge underpass that accesses condo. Hosts and Barb were super!!!!! Residents very friendly but give you privacy. We will definitely book Tim and Melissa's great condo again. We LOVED OUR 15 NIGHTS and wish it was much longer.
