Perfect spot for a family vacation. Easy to get around. Incredible restaurants on site and a close grocery store. Views were spectacular and Ronnie went above and beyond for us in making sure our trip was a success. He was an exceptional host!

Great spot with a awesome view at a fantastic 'resort'

First time in Cabo... technically, it's San Jose del Cabo (it's away from the madness of 'spring break Cabo San Lucas'). The Palmilla Dunes is a very spacious resort. The unit here was located at the 'edge' of the resort but through a short cut, you could get to the main club house in less than 5 minutes. We did have a golf cart, but didn't use it all that much. The unit itself was very clean and had all the necessities as advertised. The property manager, Ronnie, was very responsive to all my inquiries (pre-trip, during) and made the stay very comfortable. The amenities at PD was also very nice; very large and modern gym with all the latest machines you'd want. The pool area was huge, had plenty of seating/cabanas, and the wait staff at the pool was awesome! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time and can't wait for our next trip back there again!

Overall a good stay

We felt that you definitely need a golf cart with this properties location. And since they didn't have one, we had to rent one for the week, which was somewhat inconvenient and an additional cost. They also did not have a crib/pack n play or high chair, which we also had to rent. We thought that was pretty weird. There is construction nearby, so be aware of that. Aside from that, the unit overall was good and the concierge team is great.

Our group of 6 adults really enjoyed our stay. Easy check in- Ronnie provided easy instructions for access. Beautiful views of the ocean from the villa. The sliding doors open all of the way across the back of the villa which was perfect for when we had a yoga class inside the villa and on the back porch. The master suite has a comfortable king bed, very nice his/her sinks and closets and, beautiful views. The two additional rooms are also en suite, with two double beds in each room. Very nice, fully equipped kitchen. The villa is walking distance to shopping, fine dining and the cutest coffee shop. The One and Only is also a 15 minute walk, where you can make a reservation for a meal/spa or shopping at the boutiques. We enjoyed the pool and bar located on site one of the days. The beach is a long walk or short drive away, and adjoins the One and Only beach access. Huge shoutout to Ronnie for helping us throughout our stay! We would love to return!

AMAZING Stay & Hospitality

Our family stayed at Pamilla Dunes earlier this summer. We travel regularly and always stay in homes. Pamilla Dunes was by far the most amazing stay for two main reasons... 1- The accommodations and 2- The hospitality. The home is beautiful, with all the necessities a vacation home should have. The view is SPECTACULAR. Perfect sunrises! The home is very clean and has everything you need to also enjoy your time on the beaches of Cabo. (Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels) The private community pool is lovely, and the pool staff and bar were great. Now to what no doubt made our trip unforgettable... the hospitality. Ronnie and Ally (Guest Experience Manager) were outstanding! From preparing the home with our grocery essentials prior to our arrival to recommending and booking all our excursions and dinner reservations. Ally had exquisite taste and recommended a variety of restaurants from local eateries to one-of-a-kind restaurant experiences. They were all delicious! If we had a change of plans, I could easily reach out to Ally for quick recommendations and she would offer several options. They went as far as also scheduling our in-home COVID tests prior to our departure. From pre-arrival to post-departure, Ronnie and Ally were FIRST CLASS and truly made our vacation so wonderful.

Great place to explore Cabo

Beautiful property in a very nice community. Pool/health club is fantastic. Property managers were extremely helpful in arrranging shuttles and booking excursions. Definitely recommend renting a golf cart to go the beach and shopping center.

Not what we thought

The location was not very good. No true ocean view. Loud dogs barking and walls were very thin. Could hear everything. Had to rent a golf cart to get around. Could not enter One and Only as owner had said we could. Beach was very far away.

Dream Villa

I cannot rave about this property enough! Myself and some friends decided to rent this beautiful property for my birthday. The property is truly one of one. From the local pools, ocean views, and quiet neighborhood the property truly embodies luxury oasis. I worked with the property owners team on coordinating excursions and transportation from San Jose del Cabo to the downtown Cabo area as well. All planning and execution was truly seamless. We will be returning soon! Major shoutout to Ronnie & Alejandra for making this a trip of a lifetime.

The unit was well appointed with ocean views. We walked to the beach, we walked for meals and coffee at the Shops of Palmilla. We always felt safe and the vibe was friendly. We loved the pool, tennis and pickle ball courts
