Il Capitello is developed entirely on the ground floor.

Upon entering we find the living room, equipped with a flat-screen TV and sofa bed. The kitchen, partially separate from the living room, is equipped with induction stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, washer/dryer, table and chairs.

The living room leads to the double bedroom whose large, bright window overlooks the Tuscan hills and part of the city.

The room leads to the small bathroom equipped with hair dryer, shower, toilet and bidet.

Free wifi is available throughout the apartment.

Upon request it is possible to reserve our private garage for one parking space at € 17/day.

The location was awesome, just around the corner from a main plaza and a two minute walk from the Duomo. Upon opening the door, we were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and welcoming interior. The book of information was very helpful for finding restaurants and points of interest. And the host was very responsive to our questions sent through the app.

Perfect apartment

I have been solo traveling through Italy for a month. This apartment was absolutely beautiful and perfect for me. It would be a great apartment for a couple people. It is well equipped with everything you’d need. It’s right off the main road through and about 2 minutes to the main piazza. It’s a short walk (maybe 5 minutes) to where you would catch the bus to Poggibonsi train station for other adventures. I would love to stay here again. The host was available and very prompt in responding to anything I needed. Thank you for providing a wonderful place to stay!

Pour vivre San Gimignano

Joli appartement, calme et très bien équipé. Situé intra-muros, directement dans la zone touristique. C'est donc idéal pour marcher et visiter l'endroit librement. Par contre, comme toute ville fortifiée, le stationnement est parfois difficile. Mais les nombreux parking public sont bien indiqués et faciles d'accès.
