Full disclosure. This property is under major renovation and the common areas are unsightly. The room was clean and in great shape. The parking was very safe and very affordable. The location is amazing. If you are looking for a great deal right in the wharf, ignore renovations and hallways. This is a great spot to stay for very cheap and very safe in the heart of the wharf. Again, the room was great.
