Overall a positive stay, with one major complaint though. I stayed for three nights. When I checked in, 3 of the 4 elevators were broken and the entire building was using one elevator. Within a few hours, the fourth elevator was also out of service and all guests and staff all had to share the one working service elevator or take the stairs. Not ideal with luggage. Lines of the one service elevator were often very long, and on every floor, when it would arrive it was often already full. No communication went out to tell guests they were making any effort to fix the elevators, and at no point were work crews present fixing the elevators. And upon checkout I was stuck taking the stairs with several suitcases to get to my car.

Good enough

The stay was good. No complaints. Although I did request a high floor with a view. My view was of the building directly next to us. There was no desk in the room which was troubling since I had work to do. Otherwise, great location, very secure parking!

The carpets were dirty, I counted shower because the setting for shower was broken. I don’t like that they change beddings every other day. Finally saw hair on my comforter. The place is too expensive to have had this type of experience. I was only there one night. I don’t want to imagine those that stayed more than one night. It was truly upsetting because on pictures it looks great until you there then it’s ugly.

The lobby and bar area of this hotel was well equipped and nicely decorated. The people were friendly. That's about all the good things I can say about this hotel. The room was very sparsely appointed with a bed, a TV, a table, and two chairs that were the most uncomfortable I have ever sat in. The carpet needed to be replaced and there was only one light in the main room beyond the two small lights mounted on the headboard. That headboard was also the only usable source of electricity. For breakfast I had a ham & egg croissant and a soda. That will be $18 thank you. I was half way through the croissant bread before I hit any ham. No fruit or breakfast sandwiches available. Don't come to this hotel expecting all your travel needs to be provided. And watch out for the multitude of SF taxes and fees. That will add another $40 to $50 dollars per night to your invoice. I can not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located in a homeless zone. The area around the hotel is pretty bad. The hotel and room are ok at best. Acustics isolation preset bad. You get noise from other rooms.

The elevators didn’t even work. They charge $68 a day for parking at the hotel. The hotel room had no fridge, and microwave. Completely disappointed for this stay. Extremely overpriced parking and very limited amenities.

If I had the option for zero stars. I will put zero stars this place deserves no stars. Beds are are uncomfortable, carpet dirty, bed dirty, and bugs crawling around, dirty bathtub. Bad experience. This hotel is super grim. There was one person working the entire evening we checked in. No bar, no restaurant, a sad vending machine selling chips - super loud heating/cooling units. And a surprise 35$ charge added after check in. Stay somewhere else

The room was unclean, and no amenities were available. I also got stuck in the elevator. Surprisingly, they didn’t disclose that the coffee shop and bar were closed which was disappointing. Despite these minor issues, the staff and location were the best aspects of my stay.
