When we get there the gave to us the keys of the bungalow and when we get there i seen few issues with the bungalow like in the kitchen one of the furniture has a screw out so any childreb could hurt with it very easy… the table ok the living complety broke with the wood stike out so again the children or any adult could hurt with it… the toilet upstaurs was broke the tv didn’t work and the bedspread had few marks like dirty…. Went to reception to say i was very disappointed because this hotel 4 stars probably had 4 stars on 1970 no 2021 right now i would say is max 2 star hotel.. a lot of part of the roof inside of the hotel liking water from the air conductors…. But finally they could give us another bungalow where weren’t any issues only tv control missing were they brought one 3 days later. The staf was lovely. Breakfast was nice as well but is not 4 stars… 2 max… I wouldn’t come here anymore… 👍

LAS INSTALACIONES DEJADAS, SE SALVA ESTAR AL LADO DEL RECINTO DE BAHIA SOUND POR LO QUE ES COMODO PARA NO CONDUCIR DESPUES DE UN CONCIERTO PERO NO PARA PASAR UNAS VACACIONES ALLÍ. LA ENTRADA ES TARDÍA (5PM) Y LA SALIDA A LAS 12:00, PERO A LAS 9:00 TOCAN A LA PUERTA PARA HACER LA HABITACIÓN CUANDO SOLO TE PUEDEN DAR UNA LLAVE Y NO LA HABÍAMOS DEVUELTO... TODO UN "DETALLE"

Tuvieron que realojarnos de bungalows porque la peste que entraba por la venta y terraza era insoportable, agua estancada, fueron rapidos en reubicarnos pero tuvimos que perder una mañana de estancia en trasladar todas nuestras pertenencias y volver a instalarnos, el dia de salida pedimos si podiamos salir algo mas tarde y por 2 horas teniamos que pagar 30€ sin tener en cuenta las molestias que nos ocasionaron...las zonas de los pasillos no la han limpiado en 4 dias, si llevan animales deben de tener cuidado porque las terrazas son abiertas y los animales pueden salir de la propiedad ocasionando molestias a los demás vecinos incluso pueden perderse, las puertas están muy deterioradas y el moviliario deja mucho que desear ( el segundo bungalow estaba mejor que el primero) nos han visitado algunas cucarachas...eso si, las puestas de sol son muy bonitas y me atendieron 3 señores en recepcion de los cuales 2 de ellos muy agradables

Ha sido una mala experiencia, para no volver. Nada mas llegar nos hospedan en un estudio el cual se encontraba sucio, no tenia apenas muebles, no habia cortina que diera oscuridad a la habitación, humedades.Solicitamos cambio de habitación y nos dan una habitación inferior, sin mantas, sin calefacción y con fiesta y musica en habitaciones aledañas, se informa nuevamente a recepción haciendo estos caso omiso. Nos vuelven a cambiar de habitación y que por las molestias nos ofrecen la estancia de una noche mas con la condición de consumir otra. No vuelvo más.¿Y esto es un hotel de 4 estrellas?

Calidad precio nada recomendable

Cogimos un estudio la puerta de entrada al estudio estaba rota la pared que la sujetaba se caia. Daba miedo dejaR nada de valor en la habitacion. Bastante viejo la zona de la cocina. El mueble la puerta no se quedana cerrada. Dos neveras una lo congelaba todo yla otra casi no enfriaba.

Es mi tercer año en este establecimiento, reservamos 6 meses antes, la habitación estaba en obras, olía a cañerías y tenia un baño inhabilitado, las limpiadoras no fueron ni un dia a la habitación en las 3 noches que nos hospedamos,cuando dijimos lo del baño nos dijeron que el 80% de las habitaciones estaban en obras, no creo que deban poner las habitaciones en uso en estas circunstancias.

Los bungalows son amplios pero necesitan reforma

La piscina está muy bien y tiene chiringuito. El desayuno buffet un poco triste sin mucha variedad. Y la ubicación no está mal con un centro comercial al lado
