Perfect location and perfect hosts

We enjoyed the location and the flat very much. Communication with the hosts was easy and very pleasant. The place is charming. Wine tasting every Tuesday evening highly recommended, as well as the wine you can buy from the host. The location offers many possibilities: a walk to the Garda lake for bathing and boat trips; various restaurants; longer tours in the area. The garden invites to relax. The ambiente is tasteful, albeit a couple of more cups or bowls would make it easier for a family to enjoy meals, and more plugs would also help when all members of the family want to load their devises simultanously. Nevertheless, we highly recommend the place. We will surely visit again!

Quiet, friendly flat for family

We stayed in the „Giardino“ appartment (family with two kids (2 years + 4 months)). Perfect for our purpose: apartment is at ground level, so we could drive our baby buggy easily into the apartment. We were also very happy to relax in the garden and erected our small paddling pool there for our daughter (ca. 1 diameter). The owners also live there and were very welcoming and helpful. The apartment is quite, huge and furnished with all necessities. The mattresses were the best we had ever had in a holiday flat. We stayed there when it was quite hot (35 C) for several days and the apartment was still acceptable warm/cold, so we had no problems sleeping. Worth mentioning is also “Charlie”, the cat: (mostly) did not run away when our two-year-old daughter saw him sitting somewhere and started her 10-20 meters run for him shouting loudly “I want to stroke Charlie”. A small supermarket, a shop for newspapers (a huge variety of German newspapers is available there e.g. FAZ, Süddeutsche, Bunte), a café and a fruits/vegetable shop are nearby (2-3 minutes walk). The lake is also reachable by foot within a 15 minutes walk, but it is steep (too steep for our buggy).

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Familie hat uns sehr nett empfangen.Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und mit dem Auto waren wir innerhalb weniger Minuten in den umliegenden Städten. Wir sind jeden Tag 1-2 mal zum See gelaufen - der recht steile Weg hat uns dabei nichts ausgemacht.In der Unterkunft ist alles was man braucht. Das Wein-Tasting können wir sehr empfehlen! Ein Highlight für uns war der Garten mit dem Feigenbaum und jeglichen Kräutern, an denen wir uns bedienen durften.Ich würde empfehlen ausreichend Mückenspray mitzubringen. Wir hatten teilweise heiße Nächte, in denen wir die Fenster offen gelassen haben.

- amper privacy, externen lopen ongevraagd de tuin in en uit, inkijk in de woning door andere bewoners, wijnproefgroepen die tuin inpalmen - prachtige omgeving en ligging - voor deze prijs bedenkelijk kwaliteit sanitaire delen (douche) - voor deze prijs mag comfortabel tuinmeubilair aanwezig zijn - ondanks poging eigenaar de stilte te verkopen, veel straatlawaai, meerder avonden feesten in dorp, veel te vroeg bomen beginnen snoeien, burenlawaai

Einfach aber schön!

An das Weingut der Famile angegliedert mit Zugang zu einem sehr schönen, gepflegten und großzügigen Garten, empfängt die einfache, aber auch sehr sympathische und nette Unterkunft! Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Lage mitten im Ort lässt kurze Wege zu, wir konnten nahezu alles mit dem Fahrrad erledigen und auf das Auto fast vollständig verzichten.... Wir kommen gerne wieder, insbesondere da auch der Wein des Hauses hervorragend gemundet hat!

Une belle propriété avec un grand jardin mais...

nous avons été très déçu de découvrir un gite rural plutôt qu’un appartement confortable. L’appartement « Giardino » que nous avons loué est certes spacieux mais très rudimentaire et sommaire, très loin de ce que pouvait présager les photos : aucune décoration, aucun équipement (pas de sèche-cheveux, pas d’étendeur pour linge, pas de lumière dans le réfrigérateur, minuterie de micro-onde cassé, pas fer ni de table à repasser, etc….). De plus le wi-fi annoncé ne se capte qu’au milieu du jardin ! Nous aurions souhaitez en louant dans un agritourismo que les propriétaires nous propose au moins de découvrir le domaine viticole avec les enfants. Et peut-être aussi une dégustation en dehors de la dégustation payante prévue chaque jeudi ? En bref, nous avons ressenti peut d’intérêt et peu d’effort de la part des propriétaires et nous avons trouver ca cher par rapport aux prestations proposées.

Anlage mit Patina, enttäuschende Austattung

Wir hatten die Wohnung "Giardinio" gebucht und erwarteten "Das Apartment wurde kürzlich renoviert und dem Stil des gesamten Hauses angepasst." wie in der Beschreibung bei FeWo direkt angegeben. Bei Ankunft trafen wir eine Wohnung an, die ohne Zweifel Patina besitzt, deren Innenausstattung aber nicht heutigen Standards entspricht und nicht dem geforderten Preis entsprach. Möbel im Wohnzimmer in einer bunten Mischung aus den 70-90iger Jahren, eine Küche mit undichtem Kühlschrank und sich ablösendem Lack neben einem Tisch im Stile der 70iger Jahre mit von Hitze gewellter Oberfläche. Dazu teils rostige Gartenmöbel neben Sitzgruppen mit gemischten Plastikmöbeln im Garten. Der Vermieter war völlig ohne Einsicht und verwies auf frühere zufriedende Gäste und empfand jegliche Kommentare als Beleidigung. Wir fühlten uns um einen schönen Urlaub betrogen und brachen den den Aufenthalt nach 30 min und Zahlung von 50% der Mietsumme ab.

A new definition of happiness

Le Chiusure is not just the perfect holiday location : it's a way of life, and it's a way of changing your life. You just don't come back "happy" from Le Chiusure : you come back with a new definition of happiness, and you want to share it with your friends, your family, all the persons you love. We stayed at Le Chiusure in July 2013, with our 1-year-old boy. We found there the taste of what Italy offers better : great landscapes, great food, great wine (made there by Alessandro), great people, and many many simple joys of everyday-life in a small authentic Italian village. We came there with no certainties; we come back home with the certainty we will go again to this place.

Gardasee neu entdeckt

Stilvolle Ferienwohnung (Giardino) auf kleinem Weingut, ideal für uns (2 Ehepaare mit je 1 Kleinkind), die Schlafzimmer liegen jeweils auf einer Seite des Wohnzimmers, beide mit eigenem Bad. Großer, schöner Garten. Sehr nette Vermieter, schönes kleines Dörfchen mit Lebensmittelgeschäft, welches jeden Tag geöffnet hat. Der Hafen ist leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen, zur Badestelle macht man einen schönen kleinen Spaziergang. P.S. Moskitonetz nicht vergessen...

Stimmungsvolle Unterkunft

Das Apartment ist einfach, aber hinreichend ausgestattet. Wer wert legt auf Fernseher etc. ist hier nicht richtig, wer eher Ruhe sucht schon. Die Atmosphäre in dem Weingut und in dem wunderbaren Garten ist sehr romantisch und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ein Stück Toskana am Gardasee. Wir fanden die Lage - einerseits in einem kleinen, bäuerlichen Dorf, andererseits schnell am See und an den Sehenswürdigkeiten - für uns optimal. Die Vermieter waren hilfsbereit und freundlich. Eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung.

Our family holiday at Le Chiusure was really nice

We as a family with 4 children spent 14 very nice days in Le Chiusure 2. The apartment offers all we needed during our stay. If you miss something, you can ask the landlord and he will help you. We enjoyed the winetasting the landlord offers once a week. The beach can be reached by foot. In the near of San Felice there are enough occassion to visit. We can recommend Le Chiusure.
