Great getaway

We had a great stay! Pros: The house is beautiful and I really appreciated the beach chairs and cooler. Everything was very clean and the kitchen is nicely stocked. My kids and I loved the little nintendo system; that was fun and nostalgic. Love the double dryers- this made washing clothes after a beach day efficient and easy. I really appreciated that there was laundry soap available. Also, the shampoo/conditioner/body soap dispensers in the bathroom was such a nice addition. Cons: The ice maker, while producing ice, does not dispense. However, it didn't feel like a big enough issue to contact the hosts for. (We just used the provided ice trays).The pool toys are tucked away on the side of the house, so we didn't find them until the last day. Again, not a huge issue and did not impact our stay. Cons: What did impact our stay- the pool vacuum being left in the pool the entire stay. Normally this wouldn't bother me, but the pool is not huge and the hose took up a large portion of the pool. There are specific instructions not to mess with any of the pool equipment so we were forced to leave it in. This also means that a lot of bugs collect on top of the pool because the skimmer is being used by the vacuum. Finally, a lot of rules. The one I most hated was that the garage door couldn't be left open. We wanted to play ping pong, but it was far too hot in the garage without opening the door. Still a fantastic stay in a beautiful space.

Lovely property in San Diego

My family and I had a great stay at this property. The pool area was beautiful and had wonderful amenities. We found that the advertised kid floaties were not there but the property manager quickly remedied. The only downside is the expensive heating cost.

Quiet neighborhood. Safe clean

Great place with nice amenities. Neighbors seemed very nosy and felt like we could not really enjoy being outside without bothering them. This would probably be fine for most groups looking for a quiet safe neighborhood.

Beautiful Home

Unfortunately we were unable to stay at the home we booked due to previous visitors, but the home they swapped us to was better than we expected. Very clean, nice neighborhood, lots of amenities. Our hosts were easy to communicate with. I would definitely book with them again. Our family had a wonderful weekend getaway! Thank you!!

Very fun home

We had such a good time at this home: it is spacious and well-cared-for, everything cabinet is labeled so it was easy to find what we were looking for, the Wi-fi worked well, and it was well appointed with lots of unexpected things like a crib and a changing table. The pool was fabulous and there was lots of seating outside. Would definitely stay again!

Spring trip to visit family

Casey was such a great host. She was responsive and in a timely manner. The house is located in a very safe neighborhood . We will definitelly choose this again in the future when visiting my family who lives nearby.

Great spot in nice residential neighborhood

My family stayed here while we were in San Diego for my sister's wedding. Our group had 6 adults, two teenagers and two children under 5. The rooms were very comfortable and everyone had a bed. We really enjoyed going in the pool which was kept very clean. We did have an electrical issue that effected several of the bedrooms so we contacted the property manager and the issue was taken care of within 2 hours. I would definitely stay here with a group again.

Fantastic property

10/10 definitely would recommend. The property was amazing and was spacious enough for everyone. We were able to get 12 people sleeping comfortably (8 of which were children) for our family vacation. Everyone loved the home. The company was very responsive and communication was easy. Genuinely have nothing negative to say. The place was amazing. Loved that things were labeled throughout the home and the neighborhood was very nice.

Would definitely recommend this location to any family looking to get away for a while

Staying here with my family and friends was an amazing experience! The house has enough space for two families and offers the perfect amenities to keep everyone entertained. It was definitely big enough for everyone in our group to enjoy their own space. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was very easy to access. Check-in & check-out instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Things were clearly labeled in the kitchen cabinet and drawers which we really appreciate. Plenty of cookware, utensils, and spices for cooking. Casey was great and very welcoming. They were super promptly responding to all our questions throughout our stay. We enjoyed the pool very much. There are plenty of pool toys to keep kids entertained. Very nice backyard area with dining area and BBQ. We didn’t get to use them though because it was quite hot being out during our stay but would be really lovely to have dinner and watch kids swimming when the weather is cooler. We also loved playing Ping-Pong, so much fun!! Would definitely recommend this location to any family looking to get away for a while. We will be back!
