Great house, very clean, well appointed. Communication was detailed. The only negative was the parking situation because of the large vehicle we drove but we were warned in advance and made street parking work.

Location location location! We so enjoyed staying just a few feet from Mission Beach. We could walk less than a mile to Belmont Park, and less than a mile to walk to Crystal Pier. And we could see the ocean nicely from the 3rd floor! Several yummy restaurants are within a block or two from the condo also, which was very convenient.The lack of air-conditioning was a little bit of an issue with most of us ladies who run a little bit warmer anyway, but we seemed to be able to cool it off quite a bit by bedtime.And when the car was parked in the garage, we had to open the outside garage door to be able to use the bathroom out there. This was a little inconvenient also, but we dealt with it ok. Overall we enjoyed our stay here very much and would rent the condo again.

House was nice and felt clean. Host was responsive and accommodating. Being steps away from the beach is great. After some maneuvering, I was able to fit our mini van in the garage (diagonally, due to length of car).

Exactly as pictured - and lovely!

Lovely spot with everything we needed. Fully stocked kitchen, updated bathrooms, garage with beach toys and chairs. Only comment that may help another visitor is that it can be tough to cool the place down on a hot day. We used all the fans and with some diligence, it was just fine!

Perfect Spring Break

We spent our spring break here with another family and absolutely loved the location. Steps from the beach made it so accessible. We love Mission Beach and the restaurants nearby are excellent. The house itself was perfect for 2 families and the views and sounds of the ocean were lovely.

I informed the property manager that a front/side window had a broken lock. I told me that he personally checked all window locks. It was obvious that the lock had been broken for some time. The area is very busy and I was left with concern over someone entering the house when we weren’t there.

Property was exactly as described and our stay was wonderful. Property is clean and has all a young family could need. Bathrooms, showers etc. are excellent. Communication from owners was very helpful. Overall best VRBO we have ever stayed at and we hope to visit again.

Great location!

This house has a great location and clean! Even with the rain we were able to take the kids to the aquarium and walk along the boardwalk. Restaurants were within walking distance. We will be coming back!

Great space with awesome location

Would have given 5 stars, because the property is clean and spacious and the host communicated well, but we had a couple minor issues. There were ants in the kitchen near the sink the whole time no matter how much we cleaned, the gutter is missing a piece right over the door so we got dripped on in the mornings and had a wet door mat which made it hard to keep from tracking dirty footsteps in, many drawers didn’t open easily or at all in rooms, and the pullout sofa bed appeared to have broken wooden slats so we weren’t comfortable using it as we had originally planned. Would have been nice to know that the fireplaces were not for use. Otherwise, it’s very nice and we had a super great time. Appreciate the beach toys and chairs, the beds were super cozy. Plenty of pillows and towels, amazing location, kept clean. We felt secure and enjoyed our stay.

Bugs and Electricity Problems

The location was great, and the unit appeared clean, but most of our food had ants in it after the first night, including all of our Crumbl cookies that we obviously had to throw-away. On day 2, the electricity in the hallway, the outlets in both upstairs bathrooms, and the garage went-out. Including the light in the 3rd bathroom. We had to use our flashlights. Like I said, the unit was in a great location, but there were 4 women, so outlets in bathrooms are important.

Great location and house!

Great communication all along. Awesome location, we found a car that fit into the garage perfectly (jeep Cherokee) and matched the listing well. Comfortable beds and easy in and out process. Will be back!

Relaxation at its best

We stayed here for our daughter's wedding in San Diego and wanted a place that would sleep 8 and be right next to the beach so we could enjoy some beach time as well. The house was perfect for our family to be able to sleep everyone. We could see the ocean from the 2nd and 3rd floors as well as watch the sunset from the outside barstools. We enjoyed a morning walk just by walking less than 1 minute to the beach where you can walk to Belmont Park which is 1 mile away or in either direction, a pier.

This beach house was definitely nice & beachy & modern ! Just what we were looking for With our family of 5 with plenty of room for 3 teenagers 👍 Bathroom showers could use some updates and water pressure is attached bathroom very low !

Amazing location

First off , if you know San Diego or are a San Diego native returning home for vacation (I am the latter) then this location is perfect to get anywhere in the 619 in 25 minutes. It was perfect for my family and I. My only complaint, and even with San Diego’s climate this is legitimate, there is no a/c or ceiling fans. I’m not sure why, it makes zero sense. Floor fans do not sufficiently cool enough, especially at night when you want to sleep. That being said, it’s a perfect place for a family vacation

Great location — not near all tourist spots so quiet with great food and drinks around us. Also 1 minute walk to the beach!! Would totally come back here again!
