This house was perfect for our family! The location can’t be beat, local market right around the corner, coffee / food nearby and just steps from the beach and the bay. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. The accommodations were great! Very clean house, very well stocked, great house book with every needed instruction, lots of labels on lights / supplies and beds were very comfortable! The support team was great too! Cannot recommend it enough. We were very pleased.

This lovely home, close to the beach, was perfect for our family of 10 for Thanksgiving vacation. The kitchen was well stocked with a large number of place settings, cooking utensils, spices and condiments. We took advantage of both upstairs and downstairs seating areas with television sets. The outdoor spaces were all special. In particular, we enjoyed the rooftop patio and the hot tub in the front courtyard.We would stay here again, for sure

Mission Beach Experience

The house was as advertised. Everything you need for a beach vacation is there. Plenty of room to spread out with rooftop deck, second story living room and first story kitchen and living room.

Family stay at Deal Court

This home was awesome. We had plenty of space for our family. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of plates, cups, utensils and cooking supplies. Location was perfect, quick and easy walk to beach or bay and having the little market close by saved me several times. Loved being able to watch Sea World fireworks every night from the roof top or it’s even better out at the bay. Only wished the bikes in the garage were accessible for us to use.Overall, it was an amazing family vacation.

Convenient Birthday Location

The 8 of us enjoyed the spacious clean bedrooms, the 3 living room areas (one on each floor), the many varied appliances in the kitchen, and the 3 bathrooms. The hot tub, the fire pit table, ... Our Wagoneer fit in the driveway. We were glad we didn't have to park and walk. It is conveniently located near Sea World, the San Diego Zoo and the USS Midway. Oh! And the beach is a super quick walk! We would stay there again! The company was quick with texting information that was very clear about how to get in and how to check out.

Great stay in Mission Beach

We had a great time in Mission Beach. The house was in a perfect spot with super short walk to both the bay and the beach. Plenty of room for a for a big group. Communication with property manager was excellent and their "app" made everything straight forward and easy. Would stay again.

Great location, 5 Star amenities.Furniture and cleanliness wasn't the best, carpet, rugs dirty with dark spots, floor/stairs needed sweeping. Responsive was great from host. If place was cleaner would be 5 stars.

This house is wonderful! Has all you would ever need. Rented it for the second time for a family of 9 trip. We fit comfortably. Communication with the host was great. Will definitely rent again.

Family Vacation

Visited San Diego for a short family trip before school started. House was very convenient to all we wanted to see and very near the beach. Only issue we had was gnats in the kitchen when we got there, which was addressed quickly. Nice location and nice house.

Amazing!

Wish i could go back right now!!! Location to both the bay and ocean is perfect combo depending on your mood. Highly recommend Sara's Burritos and Capri pizza right around the corner. House fit 3 families in town for a soccer tournament. House was beautiful, comfy beds, alot of towels, equipped with everything you can imagine in the kitchen, baths, the roof, the porch, could go on and on.

Great family property

We had a wonderful stay with our family here! This was the most well supplied rental we have ever stayed in! They had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook and clean up. Even had storage for leftovers. There was also a garage full of stuff for the beach for us to use. Chairs, boogie boards, an umbrella, even paddle boards! It was fantastic. Of course the location is great, and the layout of the house worked well for our group. We were 5 adults and 2 kids, so the one room with bunk beds was perfect. The host was easy to communicate with via text and reached out after our first night to make sure we had everything we needed. We didnt have any needs or problems, but I have no doubt any issues would have been quickly addressed. I would not hesitate to stay here again, everything was great! 11 out of 10!!

Memorial Day weekend

This place was great! Had a group of 13 guys for Memorial Day weekend and the house accommodated us nicely. Beds are comfy, lots of space all around, jacuzzi’s great and rooftop is even bigger than it looks in the pictures. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back!!

Perfect for our annual golf trip!

We had an excellent stay for our annual golf trip. Layout was great and house ended up being larger than we thought it would be. Location is fantastic, amenities were great. Would definitely book this place again if you're looking to spend some time in Mission Beach.

Great getaway for multiple families

Great home, conveniently located near the beach and with plenty of food and market options very nearby. 5 adults and 4 kids had plenty of space. Rooftop is a pleasant way to catch some sun or wind down the day. The best part was the effective communication with the hosts… only a text away from answering questions and solving problems. Great Location, well stocked, clean, spacious home

We had family in from 3 states to gather for a 50th birthday. This home had plenty of space and was well equipped for us to stay together. We loved the roof top deck, the views of the Sea World fireworks, the hot tub and the proximity to both ocean and bay. Everything was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed and there were plenty of towels for the hot tub and chairs for the beach-- we would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Location & Very Nice Home

We stayed for my son's graduation from the Marines. The location was great, with steps to the beach and bay. The house was exactly as described complete with beach toys, bikes, and paddle boards. We enjoyed the rooftop deck for cocktails at sunset and the kitchen was perfect for entertaining. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice to have a few extra amenities like shampoo, soap, and extra linens. I would highly recommend the property. The management was a text away if you needed anything.
