We returned expecting the same high standards we enjoyed previously, yet this stay has been a major disappointment. The room provided was substandard in size, and the customer service was equally dismissive. Despite our efforts to seek help, the staff remained indifferent and failed to offer any form of resolution.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay, the room was nice and very clean and this is a great location. The room is a few blocks from Little Italy and the Trolley's. We would stay here again if we travel to San Diego.

Pros: The room was clean, large, with a well-appointed kitchen. The building itself was quiet. My requests for an early check-in and extended parking were granted. Cons: The self-check-in process was less than smooth. Communicating via text, I had to ask four times about where to park. Another question took over an hour with both multiple calls and texts to finally get an answer. The shower drain backed up and the shower did not have a ledge, so all the water flooded out into the bathroom.
