Chris was very helpful. We arrived a couple of hours early but he expedited getting our room ready. On top of that he have is a coupon for a free appetizer at one of the restaurants on the water. Which we were planning on going to.

I didn’t see it mentioned on the website that not only does the hotel back up to train tracks, but per city regulation the trains must blast their horn multiple times at street crossings - which happen to be directly behind the hotel. The horns blast very loudly for at least 5 second's every 15 minutes.

There was either mold in the room or the air conditioner filters have not been changed in a long time. I became extremely congested every night as soon as I got back to the hotel room and it cleared the next morning as soon as I left the hotel. Asked for a room cleaning one day and were told it was "too late". So we asked if we could just have some clean towels and were told yes, but they never showed up.

Beautiful place and good team.

Staff was very responsive. Great breakfast.

The trains run right past the property and are loud. Ventilation system is poor with neighbors (?) pot fumes wafting into my room. People are friendly.

Centrally located. Would stay again.

Check-in was delayed by about 40 min as rooms were not ready yet. Should hire more staff if they are very busy during holiday season. Not an acceptable excuse since we had to let go of our evening cruise on the boat around town.

Centrally located in downtown near waterfront

The room was nice but the building just looks a little old. The elevator situation is terrible. 3 in the building that covers 8 floors and it takes forever.

The location was good. The first night we were in a room by the railroad tracks and requested to be moved for the duration of our stay. You could hear the train alert all night long.
