Bienvenidos a "Good Times & Tan Lines". Esta es una lista NUEVA, comenzamos en abril de 2018. Nos encanta nuestra casa de SD y estamos muy emocionados de poder convertirla en una escapada de vacaciones perfecta. Pintura nueva, alfombras y muebles nuevos todo en marzo de 2018. Esta casa de 4 dormitorios es ideal para familias o varias parejas. Está cerca de todo en San Diego, pero no es necesario irse, ya que puede disfrutar de la piscina en el patio o de las numerosas opciones de restaurantes y tiendas cercanas.
El espacio;
Esta espaciosa casa de 4 dormitorios está ubicada en el centro de un barrio tranquilo de Clairemont. Esta casa es cómoda, limpia y tiene muchas características increíbles. ¡Es una visita obligada! El dormitorio principal tiene una cama tamaño KING y una vista de la piscina. También cuenta con dos armarios grandes y un baño actualizado con dos lavabos y ducha de roca natural. En el otro lado de la casa, separados por la sala de estar, la sala de estar y la cocina, se encuentran los otros 3 dormitorios y el baño del área común. El dormitorio 2 tiene una cama de matrimonio, el dormitorio 3 tiene una litera con un tamaño completo en la parte inferior y dos camas individuales en la parte superior y el dormitorio 4 tiene una cama de matrimonio. También hay una cama de matrimonio en la sala de estar. Esta casa cuenta con pisos de madera noble, mostradores de granito, electrodomésticos renovados y una cocina totalmente equipada con cafetera, lavaplatos, 2 refrigeradores y mucha luz natural. Está completamente surtido con platos, utensilios, pequeños electrodomésticos, artículos de bar, etc. Si planea cocinar o hornear durante su estancia, esta cocina no le decepcionará. ★ Otros beneficios ★ lavadora / secadora, gran capacidad de almacenamiento, mucho espacio de estacionamiento, cerca de autopistas, centros comerciales y a solo 6 millas de la playa. Tenga en cuenta que requerimos que todos los huéspedes firmen un contrato de alquiler a corto plazo y una exención de responsabilidad de la piscina.

Stephen's property is awesome! The pool and hot tub were great. The bedrooms are spacious and the entire house was clean. The home is located 15 minutes from all the best SD locations. I would 100% rent again from Stephen.

Overall our stay here was wonderful. The property is a little more dated than the photos show. It was clean and had plenty of space for our family. One small suggestion would be to add more cutlery to the mix. It wasn't a full set and would be useful to have a double for larger families. The complimentary snacks and beverages were a nice touch. The hottub was excellent! If the pool was heated that would have been icing on the cake! Best part was the location, easy to access all the tourist spots! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This is such a great house in a wonderful location. Everything is literally 15 min away! The hot tub, the pool, the space for everyone to feel comfortable are awesome. We enjoyed smores outside. Great food nearby. Grocery stores are very close. We would recommend this house to everyone and would definitely rent again. The host is very attentive and the house was ready early before 4 pm. The subdivision feels very safe, people out walking, very family friendly. Thank you for sharing your house with us.

This house has a wonderful location, being about 15 mins from anything. It's in a residential area which is nice, but we could walk to a grocery and liquor store. The pool and hot tub were nice, though the pool was too cold for all but the little kids. There are also TVs in every bedroom and the living area.

This house is in a fantastic location. It was close to everything. Most comfortable (in addition to the spacious layout of the house) was the safety felt in the neighborhood. While coming and going, we'd catch someone on a walk, or out in their yard, and a friendly wave would be offered. It made for a very comfortable stay as a family with children. The owners are great communicators, making sure you have everything you need and expressing willingness to be contacted with any need. Great stay overall.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of room and stocked with all of the essentials needed, and included snacks and drinks for when we arrived. There were all kinds of games and puzzles which the kids enjoyed. Steven was always easily accessible if I had a question. The location is fairly central to all of San Diego’s highlights.

The house was spacious and not far from eating places as well as the major sights we wanted to see. The owner was very easy to communicate with. It was cold while we were there so we did not use the pool or hot tub. Kitchen was well-equipped and bed linens were nice. The beds were comfy, too. Heating units in each room kept us warm.

This host was responsive but asked us to sign a separate contract to rent his rental. The pictures make the house look bigger. There is a hall to the back 3 bedrooms that is obstructed by a furnace that we couldn’t get a wheelchair through. The backyard is nice but again, the pictures make it look much bigger. This house is in a neighborhood. It seemed safe. We took the kids trick-or-treating and it turned out wonderful! The neighborhood was kid friendly and decorated during Halloween. There was no shampoo in the main bathroom and the liquid soap pump didn’t work, but it was wheelchair accessible. There is a washer and dryer, but buy some detergent if you want to wash something. There is no keurig, but there was a coffee pot brewer. It wasn’t what we were expecting but we made it work and the host was nice enough. I had never had to sign an additional and separate contract with a VRBO host. I give this house a 3 star but probably should bump it up to 4 star since I’m probably just still a little upset with some of the expectations I had.

The home was ready for our family of 10. Communication with the owner was the best I’ve ever had with a property owner. Bonus that the pool was salt water! We had our two year old grandson and they had the perfect train and tracks for him. What kid doesn’t like a new toy?! Absolutely a 10!

Great location to all the fabulous and fun things to do in San Diego. Plenty of room for 8 adults and 2 kids. Nice big table so we could eat together as a family. And spaces big enough to enjoy movies, the pool and hot tub without feeling like we were on top of each other. Kitchen had everything we needed - and more! We appreciated the washer/dryer, too.

We had a fantastic time at this awesome home! I was traveling for work and brought my husband, almost 2 year old, and the 3 grandparents along. The pool was beautiful, though the weather sadly was not warm enough for us to use it, but the hot tub was a hit! Also, all the courtesy items, from cold drinks ready in the fridge and snacks, to beach chairs and towels, along with toys for the kids (both for home and the beach) were so incredibly helpful! Steve was very accessible for our questions and helped clarify anything we needed. The provided guidebook with tips and tricks was terrific too! We don't get to travel much as a family with our jobs, but this was a memorable trip and we will definitely stay again in the future when we make it back!
The aquarium is a must if you have kids into nature!
The Mini Donut Company was a hit for us!
Pacific Beach, one of the places recommended by our host!
