The rooms were beautiful and clean, the staff was extremely nice, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with a nice variety of food. The only complaint I have was the shower had no hot water only lukewarm water. But my overall experience was excellent. I would definitely come back again.

The hotel is under renovation, and I think they should specify that. It's very unpleasant to arrive at the hotel trying to relax and find that surprise, and to top it all off, the air conditioning is incredibly noisy.

My family of four (including 2 teenagers) enjoyed the hotel. It was clean, quiet, and the free buffet breakfast had a good variety. It was nice to walk in Old Town with many little shops and close by restaurants. Cafe coyote Mexican food was good.
