Registration staff was very friendly. Room was well appointed and exceeded size expectations. I chose their “executive suite” for the door separating the bedroom from the living area, which was ENORMOUS. Surrounding area had a small lake with a walking path, and a shopping mall a short drive away. I’ll stay again.
The only thing i don't like is that in the middle of a suburb and they charge $15 to park. Ridiculous. Otherwise it was fine
I moved into the hotel on the 20th and found a cockroach in my bathroom. I was moved from the room the next day and forgot my Apple phone charger on the bedside table. It vanished when I asked for it, couldn’t be found!! The room I was moved into Ac’s didn’t work and the AC unit was changed with a different one.
This hotel prefers direct booking through their own membership services. Third party bookers are treated horribly, unfriendly, and many extra fees, poor customer service, parking fees, etc. Beware before booking. I am truly disappointed with RB Courtyard and their corporate management.
Surprise $10/day parking above and beyond the room fee. Didn’t even ask if we had a car, but who doesn’t drive to the hotel? Just bake it into the price and don’t artificially deflate your internet price.
It was a very cold night I couldn’t work the temperature in the room called for assistance and got a rude staff member that seemed overwhelmed since he kept mentioning he was alone in the hotel that he had no one to help him. It was a Saturday night there was no reason for the hotel to be understaffed.

Very nice hotel. Super modern with very comfortable beds. I also love that they have extra sheets, pillow, and blanket in the closet. Would definitely recommend
