The property and room was small and worn down. The neighborhood was loud, unclean and full of bums yelling at us. We left the same day. It was unsafe or even comfortable for my kids and I.

Check in and out was great. Room can use a little upgrade. Room was clean

The African American at the customer service desk lady was rude and a lot of homeless.

I had constant asthma in the room and in the facility due to overuse and possibly inappropriate mixing of cleaning chemicals. I’ll repeat. I had severe asthma. But to be clear I don’t even HAVE asthma but I was choking and coughing my entire stay and couldn’t breathe. It was like mustard gas. The bed was also miserably low quality. The bathroom sink was 18” from the bed as well. I would never stay in a Comfort Inn again. I’ve had far better experiences in budget motels on road trips when I was young. They explained it away as COVID precautions even though it is clear that it is not surface borne but an aerosol virus. It was gross incompetence by management. Desk staff was quite pleasant and professional nonetheless but there was no accommodation that could be made. Oh also, there was no hot water and I had to take a frigid shower.

Fantastic staff!

Although this property is very convenient in the heart of the gas lamp district, it is in dire need of renovation. The breakfast and staff were great. The room was clean, but very small. The floors were coming apart in many places. The room I had overlooked a parking lot and because of the window air conditioning unit, I could hear all the noise of the city all night long as if my window was open. This hotel is very convenient and adequate for sleeping and staying in an amazing part of town but could definitely use some updating.

It was actually very centralized. The property is a bit old and dated but really it gives you more amenities than some other hotels. Yeah the room are smaller like a european room but not really a problem for a single guy out on the town mostly. I guess if anything it could have been a bit cleaner in some corners.

Convenient location

It’s not quite a 4 star hotel but you can tell they try to make it the best considering the age. Clean, very friendly and the breakfast is the best considering a COVID restrictions. Bums outside stayed away and close to very good restaurants. Recommend staying here.

Hotel was very nice rooms are big and chefs are comfy. Lots of breakfast options.close to everything you can walk or easily catch a bus to sights. The only thing I was surprised by is how many homeless people there was. They don’t bother you but it was sad to see.

Waited too long to check bag

The staff was very friendly. Shawn, Darlene at the front desk, and Scarlett the breakfast hostess.

Worst hotel experience in my life, totally ill-informed surly front office folks (with scattered exceptions), TV (later fixed), business cente computers, vending machines didn't work, front desk didn't tell me breakfast was included & falsely told me I couldn't get a room with a bathtub (in fact my room HAD one), hotel AND Orbitz failed to inform me that entire stay plus $100 security deposit effectively had to be paid UP FRONT to get room access, an unheard of policy which on

It looked pretty old.

Location was awesome. Walking distance to everything we needed

The rooms were clean, just VERY TINY, so if you’re traveling with family(which we did, a 4 Y/O & a 4 M/O), I wouldn’t recommend it here, but if you are by yourself or with your S/O, then you should be okay. Front staff was friendly. Even though we didn’t do much exploring because it was a short trip, I did notice there were a lot of places to go and dine-out or grab a drink during the day, but at night, not much activity going on.l due to COVID. BEWARE: for parking, you can either park in the street, but you will be charged by the meter, or the hotel has a small parking lot, BUT YOU WILL BE CHARGED $20 A NIGHT.

the location is good right in the gas lamp district, the room was very clean and updated but the room was really tiny. Basically you walk in and its like a 10x10 room. there's a fridge and microwave and the sink to wash your hands is right next to it. there's no sink in the restroom. for one person or a couple just coming to have fun its okay but not recommended for families.
