Staff was friendly and helpful. Good amenities but there was no coffee machine. The drapes have a gap that opens to the floor mirror. Anyone walking by can see inside the room on the mirror reflection.

Not a good option for any solo traveling woman. The hall ways are dim lit, the elevators are slow and questionable. The staff was very sweet, but I did not feel safe. Additionally, my TV didn’t work and my room was missing the iron. I had to ask the housekeeper to borrow one from a vacant room.

Our room didn't seem the cleanest and had a stale smell. We locked our keys in the room when we left (completely our fault), and we had to go to the front office to get a new one, but what they didn't tell us, was that they turned off the other keys causing me and my daughter to get locked out with the key we had, good key was with my husband who was getting food and had to go back to the front desk and wait in a huge line because of check in and I was frustrated because they didn't communicate this about the other key being turned off and my child had to use the restroom.

Great staff in dining room and bar late afternoon and evening. Husband was stuck in bathtub and not strong enough to get out alone. I called for help but none came. HOWEVER, pool maintenance guy agreed to help us and was able to get him right up. There wasn’t an accessible shower just grab bars in the tub. Grounds are beautifully kept. Clean or replace the room carpets! They pull down the property’s rating. Disgusting.

Some staff were great others were rude and not helpful. We asked for another set of towels and the front stuff said they couldn't give any more out since it was after hours. However, the manager overheard and said they would bring us towels. I hope The manager schooled that employee. The restaurant staff were great. The room was average. It was comfortable enough. It was loud late at night and in the morning a few nights because of our neighbors were coming in or leaving and we're talking extremely loud and loading your vehicles. Property isn't in a bad location. Other than the issue we had with the neighbors being noisy, the property is pretty quiet and you can't hear the freeway noise, at least from our room. If you're looking for a fairly inexpensive place to stay close to the beach and SeaWorld then. I think this will do for you.
