Issues with our stay -Computers were down and we could not check in -When computers were back up, our keys did not work -Employee brought us key to a new room in a different bldg -Room had a strong musty odor and we were given a 3rd room -The next morning, the maid started knocking loudly at 9 am -We informed them that were still sleeping and had a noon checkout -Maid came back at 10 am, then 10:30 am and again at 11:15 am trying to get in the room

The staff was great. The shuttle driver Joe was extremely nice and we had a few great conversation a on the way to the hotel and again the next morning going back to the airport. I would for sure stay here again.
