Horrible staff. We tried to check-in at 06:30pm after a very long road trip. When we went to the front desk, a security told is to wait 25-30min until the recepcionist would be back from “her lunch”. Só we did, we waited for 30minutes and when we complained to her about this unusual fact (empty desk for check-in), she was rude and said:”you are free to leave”. Só we did; we booked another hotel, in the same Area. All we ask, give our money back, we did not use your bad “services” at all.
