We had a great time! The unit is very nicely furnished and clean. We had enough room to spread out and the location was perfect with easy parking. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Best location!!

The unit is updated and has a great view of the bay, wonderful spots in walking distance and a nice kitchen for cooking. The only downside is how many codes and keys you need to use while staying here but that isn’t specific for this unit, it’s the whole building. Would look to stay again

Sail Bay

Sail Bay is our favorite place to stay. This unit was very nice and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and plenty of everything. Some units have 4 dishes, this place had an abundance of everything. Many updates to the unit have been done, this is the best unit in this building we have stayed at!

Great time at the place, very clean, has lots of amenities. Great location. Arrived a bit late so it was dark, had a bit of difficulty finding key inside garage (lots of stuff inside) - a map might help). TV did not have Spectrum cable so unable to get real time news. Otherwise we had memorable stay. Thanks!

Great Place

Everything was great! This place is beautiful and it had everything we needed. Kitchen is stocked well and the bedrooms are wonderful. Bathrooms were also very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Disappointed stay at a beautiful location

The stay started rough with the instructions to get access taking us 45 mins to get into the place and eventually getting the host on the phone to help. Entering the place with two babies under 2 it was very hot inside and discovered no AC. Ugh! They did bring more fans that helped but was less than ideal and the listing was not fully clear on the lack of AC. The place looked very clean however within the first few hours our feet were black and the slider screens were dirty especially in the master bedroom. As well, both decks were very gritty with left over debris from past occupants. Plus we requested they send cleaners at 12:30 to come and be done by 3:30 pm as were having dinner. However, this never happened due to not being communicated that one of the access keys had to be left for them in the garage. Very frustrating! One other item, the list stated there was a washer and dryer for the unit and assumed it would be in the unit, it is not! It was a shared unit on a different floor that requires you to pay extra to use it. Very misleading. These things overshadowed what should have been a great stay with our daughter, son-in-law and grandkids. We will not stay in this unit again.

Good Location and Rental

Location was very convenient to both bay and beach as well as coffee shops and a few restaurants. Place very clean and as advertised. Please note that in the paperwork inside the house it says the paddle boards, boogie boards, etc. in the garage are for renter’s use. I had emailed prior to arrival to see if any of these types of items were available with the house. I was informed they were not and then I did not see the information on the paperwork til checkout so was unable to use them. It would also be handy if a broom or vacuum of some sort was available to help with sand clean up on the floors. We washed feet off before going inside but obviously sand still finds it’s way in. I had asked about it during stay but didn’t hear back about it.

Amazing rental property

Our family spent a wonderful weekend at this amazing and clean property. Great location. Close to activities, shopping, restaurants and beach. This rental is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. We highly recommend!
