3 Rondini - Rural House between Portofino And CinqueTerre
One double room and one single room with private bathroom in a house located in a green valley 6 kilometers far from the Tyrrhenian Sea (10 min by car or 15 minutes by bus), between Portofino and Cinque Terre. The 150 years old house is decorated in a country style and very rustic. Kitchen and living / dining area are very generous. The house has a large garden, among other things, with lemon trees, rosemary bushes and vines ... From the terrace and our room there is a nice view of the places. Zoagli, Portofino and Cinque Terre can be reached from Chiavari through a beautiful coastal road, by bus or by train. In Zoagli there is a beach with stunning walkway on the rocky coast. Cinque Terre can be reached by car or train from Sestri Levante in about an hour either.
On sundays only 4 buses connect us in 20 minutes Chiavari station but I'll be available with my car.

Das haben wir uns aufgrund der Beschreibung anders vorgestellt
Schwierige Anfahrt, da die Schotterstraße zum Anwesen schon ausgefahren ist und der Nachbar kein Be- und Entladen auf seinem Grundstück zulässt. Zugang zum Haus und zu den Zimmern über unsichere und unbeleuchtete Treppen. Für Kinder wie beschrieben nicht geeignet, da mehrere Absturzmöglichkeiten bestehen.
Zur Angebotsschilderung: 6km zum Meer sind Luftlinie, nutzbare Fläche für Rondini 3 ca. 24qm, man kommt nur vom Doppelzimmer durch das Einzelzimmer ins Bad. Nur das Einzelzimmer hat einen Mückenschutz am Fenster, was uns den Urlaub sehr verleidet hat (Stellungnahme des Vermieters: "kein Licht anmachen") Achtung: Sandmücken dringen auch durch das von uns zum Glück mitgebrachte Mückennetz.
Das "inbegriffene" kleine Frühstück blieb aus.
Der großzügig bemessene Wohn- und Küchenbereich relativiert sich bei einer Nutzung von mehr als einer Familie, in unserem Fall 3 Familien parallel. Die Zubereitung und Einnahme aller Mahlzeiten muss mit den anderen Gästen abgestimmt werden.
Zimmereinrichtung: Das Bett im Doppelzimmer ist klein, ein Tisch fehlt, im Einzelzimmer ebenso. Die Kopfkissen, nicht nur die Überzüge gehören grundgereinigt.
Das Bad mit Dusche ist sauber.
Die elektrische Sicherheit ist fragwürdig (ungeerdete Leuchten...)
Ameisen sind auf dem gesamten Areal und auch im Haus.
Wir kauften 3 Mückenschutzpräparate und mehrere Ameisenköderdosen.
Der Vermieter ist freundlich.
Die Lage des Hauses ist schön, die Abwertung der Umgebung erfolgt wegen der Zustände rund um das Haus.
Leider können wir, in Übereinstimmung aller drei Urlauber, keine bessere Bewertung abgeben.

In de tekst staat helaas niet vermeld dat je keuken, koelkast en eettafel moet delen met anderen. Schijnt volgens de eigenaar al vaker voor verwarring/teleurstelling te hebben gezorgd. Verder alles prima en schoon.

A quiet place in the mountains not far away from Chiavari.
The owners Mauro and Ricardo are very welcoming and warm.
The room was nice. The house is big enough to host people and well equipped.
Leivi is a good place to stay in far away from the crowd of Porto Fino but close enough to do lots of things in the surrounding of La Spezia and Genova.

Séjour très agréable.... petit village typique loin du tumulte des grandes agglomérations....
Je recommande vivement la résidence de Ricardo;
Qui nous a réservé à très bon accueil,également de très bon conseil pour différentes activités à faire dans la région.. ..
Habitation ancienne mais très bien conservé ,
Logement confortable, bien entretenu et bonne literie .
Bon point de départ pour visiter la région très riche en histoire...
