I'm a repeat guest because this space is well appointed, comfortable, easy to access, and a lovely oasis. Kitty and Bill are responsive and around during the evenings.

I was looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay and this little guest house exceeded my expectations. It has character and is located in a beautiful part of historic Redlands. Just large enough for 1 person for a week stay. Great kitchen amenities. Lovely garden and pool and wonderful to walk around the neighborhood. I needed a quiet place to think and write and this place was perfect. Highly recommend.

Cozy, quiet, and cute! Close to a bunch of fun restaurants and bars downtown. Kitty was an amazing host and promptly replied to any questions I had. Definitely recommend going to this cute charming little guest house!

Another five-star stay with VRBO! Redlands Guesthouse was absolutely perfect for our visit to the area—peaceful, quiet, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The guesthouse itself is charming, but what truly sets it apart are the hosts. They were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Charming Bungalow with Perfect Hosts and Location!

This bungalow is in the very private back yard of a fine house in a beautiful neighborhood of the magnificent pedestrian paradise of Redlands. Its location is ideal for an extended stay. Two grocery stores, coffee shops, downtown, restaurants, library, numerous parks and a famous outdoor performance venue are all within easy walking distance. In two weeks, I walked over 100 miles across nearby neighborhoods, (beautiful) University of Redlands, and parks. The bungalow is nicely and simply furnished, with great attention to guest conveniences. It has everything we needed for meals "at home". Immediately below this 2nd story bungalow is a private back yard that served as our outdoor living room. The (unheated) pool is a delight in this sunny community, as is the hot-tub that we used nearly daily. Our hosts were immensely kind and helpful, addressing anything we needed help with very promptly. Great vacation in a peaceful setting in a perfectly convenient location.

Precious and Inviting

This little walk up guest house has excellent light threw the large windows. It is cozy and really does have everything. The experienced hosts are so nice too. Sweet surprises and an inviting atmosphere. My bed was very comfortable, so was the couch. If you are considering it, you won't be disappointed. Thank you.

Charming & easy walk into town

What a find! This is one of the most charming places that I have stayed in. The unit has everything I needed; it thankfully has A/C, coffee maker & coffee and a a refreshing pool to jump into after a long day of helping my college student move!

Home away from home

Beautiful property, pristine space to stay in. Every detail was thought of and if you are not from the area you given lots of ideas and tips on where to visit. Katherine and her husband were very hospitable and Katherine went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable. Will definitely book here again!

The Guesthouse was spotless and very comfortable. Kitty is lovely - easy to communicate with, kind, and helpful. The property has a beautiful pool and hot tub - gazing out the window, you feel like you’re on a Mediterranean estate. We plan to return!

Wonderful stay in Redlands!

Kathryns listing was an excellent choice for my partner and I's visit to Riverside! The space was clean and the amenities were great to soak in after a long day in the area. I would highly recommend this lodging and when I return to the area, this is where I'll be staying!
