Relaxing and private

The deck and pool area is so relaxing and private. Quiet neighborhood. Communication with owner was great. Minor issue occurred and daniel immediately worked on fixing it. Location good.

overnight stay

We had a nice stay and really enjoyed the hot tube and game room; the neighborhood is quiet and the home was clean, cute and cozy; Daniel was super responsive and had no issues with the check in or checkout process… if you are looking for a home in close proximity to entertainment, shopping, dining, but yet want privacy, this is it! Would definitely recommend.

Delivers as promised

Pool was a great feature. Son loved the game room and the pool. Was a quite neighborhood, we had our puppy with us and she loved exploring the large yard. House is in overall in good shape and worked perfect for us.

Not as advertised

When we got there, there was sawdust all over the deck. My brother cut his foot on a piece of metal sticking out of the top of the stairs. My friend hit his head on the spiral staircase. There wasn’t water pressure or hot water in the shower. The washer and dryer are in the kitchen and you can’t close the doors. There were only three bowls. We never got check in instructions so couldn’t lock the doors when we left. Only got in because construction crew was there when we arrived.

Comfortable

The check in process what easy. the house was clean but when I lay down on the second floor bed the bed sheets were still wet from the other guest. Also the wifi wasn’t working but I did had good service on my phone.

Spring Break in San Antonio!

This property had plenty of room for our two families of 4 (4 adults, 4 kids). The kids really enjoyed the ping pong table and air hockey and the pool on the hot days. It’s about 20-30 mins from all of the sites we wanted to see in San Antonio. We appreciated that it was in a quiet neighborhood, too.

Beautiful layout and an enjoyable space

The water pressure was very low in the downstairs bathroom shower and it didn’t turn hot until the shower was used upstairs. We never got the dishwasher to work as we did not try to use it until day 3. Any malfunctions with the unit was to be reported within 24 hours. Clearly this was not possible.

Not business oriented

Beautiful home but it’s filled with critters everywhere due to the location. There was a phasmid in The bathroom and June bugs In the kitchen. The air does not ventilate upstairs, everyone was so hot upstairs we all slept on the couch down stairs, the only place you could feel the air. Left my Gucci slides there and even offered to pay more than the $50 fee to have them shipped to me but I have been given the run around for 4 weeks now. Make sure you do not leave anything there as they will not return it.

The customer service was the best I could ever turn to. The stay was interrupted by the pool being unable to work correctly, but the host got us into a new location in no time with out hesitation and offered to buy the kids pizza/dinner. So so satisfied, highly recommend all their properties! Both houses we went to were clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. Had everything we needed for our family stay.

Spring Break in San Antonio

We loved our stay in San Antonio and overall enjoyed the home. It is a unique older home that has been remodeled. There are a few minor touchups that could make the house pristine, but nothing so terrible that it affected our stay. The main floor shower handle fell off every morning, but once it was returned to its place the shower still functioned. There were a few areas in the kitchen that could have been more clean (some dirty utensils in the drawers) but otherwise the kitchen was perfectly functional. The black railing up the winding stairs could really use a good cleaning. I tried with the products provided, but your cleaners should really tackle that. Beds were comfortable and the kids' room worked great with the trundles. We would have loved a tv or two upstairs, but not too big of a deal. Texas is hot! The air conditioners worked pretty well, but a couple of standing fans would have been awesome in the upstairs rooms. The pinball machine was a hit and the younger kids (who aren't afraid of the cold) enjoyed the pool. It is not huge and is not a traditional "infinity" pool but the layout with the upstairs deck is a nice place to relax. Like I said, overall it was good. Just a few minor repairs, etc and it would be great!
