Check in was a problem- guy was disrespectful, say he couldn't find my reservation, I had came earlier a woman said my room wasn't ready come back at 3, she was nice . When I return the guy say I didn't have a reservation... he had racial overtone, I showed him my reservation on phone he was still nasty . Finally he said it was under my middle name not my first name , but the lady earlier found it with no problem

This property is just “meh.” My room was nice and the maid service was great. Front desk service needed some work. Breakfast buffet was underwhelming. I guess I just expected more from a Doubletree hotel. If this were a Comfort Inn or La Quinta, it’d be fine. Free parking was a great bonus.

Loved my stay here at the doubletree . The staff was amazing & sweet. I had a very long road trip & took advantage of the hot tub & it was fantastic. Very clean property . I will come again & again & again after that.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. The Starbucks coffee in the lobby is one of the best coffees I have tasted thus far. Great customer service even when they are full to capacity. Wonderful security. There should, however, be more handicap parking available in their parking garage.
