Pay to park is a pain; add it to the room rate! Guests in 306 were rudely loud with heavy foot-stepped adult(s)5 & continuously running and jumping. We complained 3 times to no avail. I asked for a top floor room. Children and teens belong on a ground floor. Reserved room on the option with roll in shower and was only offered one AFTER my third party check in review and we had already unpacked.

1. Breakfast is very good with multiple options for all age people. 2. Room cleanness also good 3. Security systems installed gives confidence (parking areas). 4. Providing a water dispenser at lift is good option and bad smell is coming at ice cubes dispenser area. So this area some fix need to done.

Our breakfast experience was fabulous, thanks to Maria. We went to breakfast Saturday at 8:30, expecting it to be busy. There were no open tables and lots of people. Maria was working the breakfast area, and was working hard. She was cleaning tables, keeping all the food stocked, and answering questions, all with a smile. The food was good, and she did a great job keeping the area clean, which was no small feat with so many people. She definitely made this visit great.
