Room was not clean, there was pubic hair on the toilet and crumbs on the floor. Our ac unit did not work and was very hot sleeping at night. Staff was extremely friendly.

Clean room, very spacious with microwave and fridge! Staff was very welcoming. The indoor pool is always a bonus for anyone! The breakfast was amazing, lots of drink options as well. I will agree that parking gets really full and it’s also $10 per night which we didn’t mind.

Hotel in general was a weird vibe. Like it was a former prison turned hotel. Floors were open up to ceiling = echoing everyone and not quiet. There was screaming kids that echoed due to the building. Room was freezing and thermostat did not work. Had it up to 80 and it never heated up. Rooms were outdated. No heavier comforter or duvet on bed. Was like a sheet. Toilet did not want to flush. Shower was old and dated despite an updated sink. Overall just awful experience. Staff was nice but that was the only positive. Never again.
