An elegant and fully equipped kitchen, open living area with queen bed and full-size sleeper sofa, and private 3-piece bath are styled with modern, high-end design and meticulous attention to detail. The property ia well kept. We enjoyed the area we walked to downtown riverwalk. The only concern is the water pressure is not very atrong and it takes the hot water a while to come through

The perfect little retreat!

My husband and I came to stay for a work event and it was just what we needed. You could walk to just about anywhere in downtown but the apartment felt safe and out of the way! The bathroom was small but was efficient and the host was efficient and quick to respond when we had a need. The bead was comfortable and the area was quiet at night.

Quiet and Convenient Location

This cozy little studio was very quiet and reasonably priced, and it's located in a lovely neighborhood that is conveniently located to the Riverwalk, the Alamo, etc. The check-in process was easy, and the hosts were very responsive to questions. While we didn't need it, it was nice to know that we had access to the laundry area as well.

SOUTHTOWN SAN ANTONIO

Thoroughly enjoyed our two day stay at Joe and Stephanie's efficiency unit in the gorgeous and peaceful Southtown neighborhood in San Antonio!! The unit was spotlessly maintained and very convenient to the downtown area and a variety of restaurants right in the area. We would definitely opt to stay again on any return trip to the San Antonio area!!
