Less than 5 minutes from downtown, great location to stay if you are visiting downtown San Antonio River walk, within 1 mile distance, a short Uber ride anywhere in town including Fort Sam Houston, Pearl, Alamo

The Modern Craftsman house was professionally designed for both those who love relaxation and entertaining, as anyone can easily live quite comfortably within its spacious walls and under its 13' ceilings. Enjoy the luxury and relaxation while visiting San Antonio.

Note: There is a Guesthouse at the back which is being rented separately.

Do not stay here!!

The management company would only communicate through text, unless we had a question then they would state that we MUST send messages through VRBO!! We booked the home two consecutive stays and they wouldn’t credit the first service charge or the cleaning fee and didn’t clean the house after asked!! You cannot use the rear parking because the neighbors block the rear access EVERY night. After repeatedly requests the property manager done NOTHING! We got several parking violations for parking in the street! Do not stay here!!
