This is such a cool hotel… right on the mall with gorgeous shops surrounding. Restaurant and bar located downstairs. We stayed on a Friday night and it was so loud… people screaming until 3 am from the bar… then street cleaners on the street. Too bad because the hotel itself is really exceptional and the family apartment was perfect.

Beautiful centrally located hotel in the pedestrian zone of Salzburg. Quirky old hotel with super features. Our room was fantastic for a family of 4- we were just three.two bathrooms one was huge!! Kitchen well equipped although we would have liked a kettle to boil water for our tea! Although There was a fancy coffee machine Beds super comfy. Great location walking distance to old town. Loved it would highly recommend.

I can sum it up in one word: Gemütlichkeit! The hotel is charming and quaint. Breakfast was great! Location is optimal; it’s near lots of restaurants, die Alte Stadt and on a pedestrian street with shopping. Our room was clean and quiet, and well appointed. Staff is friendly and helpful. What a wonderful find! The star was so friendly & helpful. The breakfast had everything including bacon & eggs. The location was an easy walk to everything in Salzburg with good restaurants & shopping all around. Also, it was an easy 10 euro ride to the train station.
