Would love to give this place a better review but we came in to relax and use the pool. We went to the pool Friday night, we expected it to be full-ish with guests. What we didn’t expect was the pool to be filled with over 15 friends and family of an employee who weren’t even staying at the hotel. The volume in the pool area was so incredibly loud we couldn’t even hear each other talk and we were there for over 2 hours with little to no room for us to even enjoy our own space in the jacuzzi or the pool. We will not be back if this is the way the hotel staff operates their business and allows their staff to abuse the facilities that guests pay for. Would attach a video of the sound if I could.

The person that checked us in was friendly, yet very hard to hear. It may have been because he was wearing a mask, or maybe he was soft spoken. We had to ask him to repeat a few times. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. The lighting in the room was horrible, very dark and difficult to see. Breakfast was good. The only fruit available was oranges, that were not in good condition. It would have been nice to have some more fruit options. The breakfast attendant was accessible and did a good job at keeping things stocked. Quiet neighborhood, ample parking.

Disappointed in this hotel. It is within feet of the interstate and our room was quite loud, even though there was an interior additional window that could be used. We just happened to find it. There was no information about it. The lights are supposedly smart but it was just confusing. Again, there should be a primer. The bathroom lights were proximity, which is an issue in the middle of the night for the poor partner sleeping. The TV placement is also confusing. There is no optimum watching position. If you're watching from the desk the screen is 90 degrees to the side, plus you're looking thru a pole right in the middle of the screen. Maintenance is lacking. Door to refrigerator cabinet wouldn't shut without wrestling. Shower head clogged up and needed to be cleaned. Spray went everywhere. Plus, previous guest's belongings (shoes) left in closet. Breakfast just the usual and just OK. Area small and cramped. No coffee the whole time we were sitting there eating.
