This is a weekly or monthly rental, not a hotel. It is run down, dirty and should not be an option in Orbits. I come to Orbits for good hotel service not run down motels. There should be a notification in Orbits telling people for weekly and monthly motels vs daily hotels. I might have to find hotel in a different website. This experience was so horrible for one night that I left the next day and didn't stay there and slept in a hospital chair, that is how bad it was.

Room was clean, staff very nice, plenty of parking. Only "problem" is there are stairs that must be taken from the parking lot into the hotel. Not terrible, just might be difficult for some people.

We chose to stay here because it was in walking distance of the concert venue. The rooms are smaller than average, and we were not allowed a late check-out. The location was convenient, but the hotel itself was sub-par unfortunately.

Room was fairly clean, although we did notice that there were things under one of the beds. The staff was helpful and friendly. Parking was easy. Room was quiet. Close to all the things we wanted to do. Overall very pleased with stay.

My stay went very well. The staff was very kind and welcoming. I forgot my phone charger and they let me borrow their's. I was attending a conference during my stay so I didn't use any other than my room. Their breakfast was good. Staff worked really hard to make sure everything was available. Older hotel but it worked for what I needed.

The price when checking in was more than what I booked for on Expedia, and the guy at the reception just said “I don’t know what to say” and was not helpful at all. Plus wanted to charge me extra for my baby when we had already booked with the baby on the reservation. He was not nice at all. Also the sheets were dirty and found some trash in the bedroom floor.

This is definitely Not 3* hotel as indicated on hotels.com site. It is in desperate need of updating. The carpet is looks filthy and has been replaced in areas with a completely different pattern/design and color. Original carpeting is shades of brown & yellow The replacement/patch is with blue and white that's so dingy it's grey. There was broken furniture (chair) in the room, torn bed skirt and backed up shower. Would have liked there to have been a shower caddy. This not what we'd expect from Quality Inn brand. We did find the staff to be friendly and accommodating.

This place looks completely outdated and is falling apart. The bed had tears, there were stains on the sheets and the walls, and I was verbally harassed by someone who was loitering outside. I decided to cancel my booking and leave; I did not feel safe staying there

This is the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever seen. I paid $200, didn’t even want to sit on the bed while I booked a different hotel and left immediately. I opened the door and the room smelled like dirty feet. It looks decent from outside but don’t even waste your money, this place should be illegal.
