Fue una experiencia Maravillosa para mi y para mi familia la casa muy amplia muy limpia y muy bonita

Nuestra estadía fue muy buena la casa estaba en una ciudad muy tranquila y segura y cercas de tiendas restaurantes y las bellas montañas de utha y cercas de parques hermosos y lagos sin duda unas vacaciones de ensueño mis hijos se divirtieron en el gran jardín trasero de la casa y con los juego de mesa que tenía la Casa si algún día volviéramos a utha sin pensar escogeríamos ir a Sandy utha para rentar la misma casa muchas gracias a los anfitriones tuvimos Muy buena comunicación

Comfortable and relaxing

We stayed for a gymnastics competition for a week and this was the perfect place we needed. We all slept comfortably and were able to fully relax. The fully stocked kitchen let us enjoy a variety of meals. The basketball hoop in the driveway and the multiple TVs gave us all things to do between competitions. It was close to everything, including the breathtaking mountains. Next time we are back in Utah we will stay again! Thank you!

Family Xmas vacation from New Zealand

This place was great for the 9 of us to stay for our family Xmas vacation. The owners were very thoughtful with having a Xmas tree and lights in the house which the kids loved. Was very tidy as great size for all of us. Highly recommend for small to large groups.

Owner is arrogant

I was visiting UT for my Mom’s funeral. I asked for check in instructions and the response was “check in instructions were emailed to you twice” Look in your junk maiI. I did check my junk folder, but what he failed to mention and should be on the listing is that the email is from iTrips and not VRBO. When we arrived we had to wait an additional 15mins for the cleaners to finish up. Our check in was supposed to be at 4pm and that should have been enough time. After driving 13hrs it was a little annoying to have to wait and feel awkward standing outside waiting. The house smelt like cat urine especially the bathroom upstairs. Upon checking out I followed the check out instructions located in the folder in the house. The owner messaged me why I locked the bottom lock as it was an inconvenience for him having to drive an hour to unlock it for the cleaner and appeared to be very annoyed by us. I responded letting him know there were no instructions in the binder that stated not to lock the bottom lock. He said the information was sent to my email. These issues just added to an already stressful trip.

Great place!

We had 10 people in the house, ages ranging from 1-60 and it was very accommodating and comfortable for everyone. Very clean and loved the entire experience. Very close to restaurants, malls, other entertainment. Would absolutely stay here again. Only thing is bring extra blankets if you have a guest that needs them as there are not extra blankets.

The stay was great. The house was easy to find. It was in a quiet neighborhood. Easy for the family to come see us. There was 11 of use and there was room for us all. Big backyard for the kids to play. It was like being a home. We had great time

Cousin Reunion

Salt Lake City is a beautiful city! The homes in the area are well trimmed and kept up, with neighbors outside playing and enjoying community. This rental house was clean, well equipped, and everything worked properly. The host did have to come change out the battery in the front door lock For it to work properly, but that was taken care of quickly

Great, big property in convenient location

We had an awesome stay at the Hodge Podge Lodge. It is a very well stocked rental, we had a group of 9 and were able to find everything we needed and then some to make group dinners. Tons of rooms and space for everyone. Loved the dual living rooms. It really felt like a home versus a rental property and we looked forward to returning to it to relax after our long days on the mountain. It's a good value for your dollar in a nice neighborhood and an easy enough drive to brighton/solid and snowbird. Would stay here again on future trips to Utah!

Great stay in the SLC area

Great place to spread out and use as a base to ski all Utah has to offer. Short drive downtown SLC and BCC/LCC. Plenty of bedrooms/beds for our party of 7.

Convenient House

Seven friends go to Utah each year to ski. We have two couples and 3 singles and each person had their own room. We cook breakfast and dinner and there was an adequately stocked kitchen. The dining table is large so we could all eat together. The location is an easy drive to the ski resorts.

Great house

8 friends and family on a ski trip. Perfect house layout/bedrooms/living space. On the southern end of SLC, so a bit far to Snowbasin/Park City, but great for Big and Little Cottonwoods. Would definitely rent again in the future!

A Wedding to Remember!

We loved this warm, cozy home! It was very clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Plenty of refrigerators needed for a wedding party for 40. I wish we had been able to enjoy the home more by staying longer!

Perfect home for two families or larger group

Clean, newly renovated home in a quiet neighborhood that’s in a perfect location to enjoy Salt Lake City. Situated a short drive to hiking, biking in Draper, the aquarium, shopping, numerous restaurants, and a Trax station. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
