Surprise! They want another $100! If you use anything other than a debit card, the hold will last for 30 days! We charged our stay, then they came to our room and said it didn't process. We showed them the charge had processed. They charged us a second time. At this point we have almost $500 tied up with their meds. During the discussion, the desk clerk threatened to call the police because he felt like we were being rude. Will never stay here again.

We had a room with no hot water. So they changed ur to another room and it had no tv so they gave us the option of going back to the first room or upgrading. Why would I have to pay for an upgrade if it is not something I did. They finally upgraded at no charge. In the time of moving rooms mine and my mothers nightgowns was hanging on the back door of the bathroom and they were gone. We had asked for extra towels and the maid came will we were gone and put them in the bathroom.i went down and told the front desk and they said nothing got turned in. The next morning we went to check out and my truck had a different license plate and my hitch was missing. They did say they would drop my rate for the 2 nights but when I got my receipt they did not.

Couldn’t check in at 3pm, they said it would be around another 30 to 60 minutes and they would call. They never called, finally got checked in at 6pm. No remote for the TV, sent someone up to give us one, he was very unprofessional, swearing about how much he hates his job, etc.

Property was nice. Staff was nice. My tv and fridge didn’t work. But by time I got to my room it was late so I didn’t mention it to the staff. I accidentally booked two rooms there and it’s been over a month and still haven’t received my refund. Whoever they use for booking and refunds definitely needs help.

Hotel was nice for what we needed. Breakfast was limited. The only protein option available was a breakfast sandwich with egg and sausage. The staff at check in was nice.

The front desk staff was lazy and not very helpful when asking for things. We needed a spoon and she said that she did not have access to the kitchen. On another occasion we asked for a packet of salt and she again said that she did not have access to things like that. I feel like the night shift should have access to things to provided them to the guests. My husband asked for extra towels because there was no towels at the pool, and she asked him why he needed extra towels, though she did not get more towels at the pool and acted like it was an inconvenience to get him some. She just seemed lazy and unwilling to help. Not very friendly at all.
