Walk to downtown city center in 15 minutes (drive in 2 mins) where you will find the best nightlife, restaurants and shopping Salt Lake City has to offer!
This is the perfect basecamp to explore Salt Lake's 6 Ski Resorts!! All within a 45 minute drive. Ski or snowboard Brighton, Solitude, Snowbird, Alta, Park City, Deer Valley and Snowbasin Resorts!
This beautiful home is also located within a 5 minute drive of the University of Utah.
