Room was dirty. Hairs and stains in sheets. Gang members in parking lot and in stairwell. Only had one dead bolt for the lock. Room was nothing like the pictures. Peeling wallpaper and room wasn’t vacuumed. Didn’t stay the night.

This hotel was COMPLETELY misrepresented by the images AND the amenities on the website! When I opened the door to my room there was a puddle of water on the floor, tried to get a new room and the other two he checked also had puddles of water on the floor; no hand towels, one wash cloth for 2 person reservation, no toilet paper holder, cracked bathroom sink, closet with no hangers, LOTS of foot traffic in the parking lot throughout the night, people in the room above us and around us up all moving around, and a general EXTREMELY rundown property! This is an unsafe, unsanitary, rundown property in a very bad area of town. DO NOT STAY HERE! Hotels dot com- shame on you for not doing your homework and even having this property on your booking site…it doesn’t reflect well on your business and makes me NEVER want to use your site again!

We heard people talk and a couple arguing all night long . It was horrible , the out lit in bathroom didn’t work . Hardly any shower pressure .no continual breakfast that said they provided . It was overall not a good experience!!

The building is old and in need of renovation. Not very well maintained. Bed had metal enclosure around bottom and every time you move it would flex and sound like a gong being struck. The room was a king bed room and there was one bath towel for two people so I had to go ask for a second towel. The ice machine was out of ice. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The place is busted broke down. As I stood in a long line to check-in I overheard the front desk (might be the only staff there) guy scam three guests with different rates, fees and policies. Not as advertised AT ALL. They ran my card despite having booked through Expedia, and charged me for a deposit saying it would refund the next day. Still haven't been refunded. When I call the guy (same one) tells one lie after the other. He is about as slimy as the black mold that is throughout the property.

Check in was frustrating. Person spoke English but didn’t seem to understand English so we could not confirm details or ask questions and directions to our room in the 2nd building was not given and took some time figuring out the layout. Rooms and hotel itself stunk and were dirty. We found a roach clip in our window seal when we opened the window to try to air out the room. Mattresses were worn out. No blankets on the bed or in the room, only sheets. The smell was so strong, I had to cover my nose to get to sleep. The floor was filthy! One of our rooms didn’t have towels which can easily be resolved but my daughter in law and granddaughter didn’t feel safe when they were trying to get ready for the day to have someone deliver them to their room. Check out was good as I sent my husband and the manager who spoke and understood English was there. We will not stay at this property again. We do appreciate Expedia and their help with our change to one of the rooms.
