Room felt with lots of moisture in the room. Sheets felt a little damp still. A saw a small roach on the counter. Parking is terrible. I couldnt get the heater to come on. Not worth the Almost 400 i spent on two nights.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Two of the lights didn’t work in the room. Everything was stained, including the sofa bed, the bedding, and the curtains. The shower leaked, the water never got hot, and there was inconsistent water pressure even if you wanted to take a lukewarm shower. One of the sink faucets leaked, only got lukewarm, and had poor water pressure. The other sink faucet lever was loose, so you couldn’t change the temperature of the water unless you turned it off and then turned it back on at the spot you wanted. There wasn’t anyone there for checkout in the morning. There was garbage in the lobby. Overall, I am glad I only spent 12 hours at this hotel.

The room was dirty, the bath tub had yellow film floating along the bottom of the tub. Trash was every where, the TV did not work. We lasted 20 minutes in the room before checking out and leaving to a different hotel.

Though the room was old it was clean and comfortable. Accessible to all venues in the downtown area and easy on/off to the highway. Great for the price.

The pictures were honestly not true to what we got. The shower was rusty/breaking down, paint/sealer was messy, door and tile cracked and messed up. It felt very much like a motel. It was clean at least which was nice. I didn’t like that our door was an exterior door. I don’t think I would have book it if I had know. Definitely not coming back.

Clean, welcoming room. Surprisingly quiet for downtown area. Dated plumbing and electrical outlets. TV did not work. Shampoo dispenser was empty. Breakfast had waffles, warm scrambled egg patties, translucent bacon along with standard continental fare. Cleanliness is definitely the best quality of the stay.

Cockroaches, spiders in the room, dirty walls in the bathroom, dirty & severely stained carpet. Lighting seems purposefully dim to hide the stains on the dingy carpet… When booking the hotel on expedia, I felt comfortable that expedia would weed-out the undesirable hotels, but such was not the case!

Well my room had a leaking AC unit that covered the closet floor with water and had created a very obvious and visible mold problem. Front desk lady was very rude and inconsiderate. Otherwise room was clean enough and it was cheap for being so close to downtown SLC.

Unfriendly Staff and “Hidden Fees”

The attendant at the front desk was really quite rude in both checking in and checking out. There was a $100 hold placed on my card for “incidentals” she did a horrible job in explaining this. We were told the hold would be credited back to my card within 24 hours of checking out, at this point we’re over 48 hours from checking out and the hold is still on my card. However I will say the beds are very comfortable and the downtown location is great.
