Good: apartment was nice. Building was nice. In a great location for downtown Salt Lake.Bad: only supplied on key fob to access building. That means your whole group has to stay together. I was there with my adult kids, so if i wanted to go to the apartment early and they wanted to go out for the evening, i would have to get up, put on cloths and go let them whebwr they got home. Could be very inconvenient if you dont stay together with your group. Asked rentors for.a second fib and they said building only gives one per unit. I talked with several.neighbors and they said each person in apartment had a fob.

This is a great unit. It is super close to downtown and a nice neighborhood. The building and unit are also very new and well taken care of. The unit is very nice and super clean. The grocery store downstairs was also very convenient. We would love to stay here again. Thank you!

1min Delta Salt Palace King Bed Gym Parking

Disappointing Stay with Major Access and Comfort IssuesI had high hopes for this stay, but unfortunately, the experience was frustrating and disappointing. The biggest issue occurred when we returned from dinner around 1:00 AM and discovered the keypad battery had died. We were locked out of the unit for nearly three hours and forty-five minutes, with no way to gain access. Being stranded in the hallway in the middle of the night is not something anyone should have to deal with on vacation.Once we finally got inside, we found that there were no extra blankets or pillows, which added to the discomfort after an already exhausting and stressful night. These are basic amenities that should be provided in any rental.I reached out to the host afterward to express my concerns and give them a chance to respond, but I never received a reply. The lack of communication and support only added to the disappointment.There’s potential for this to be a great stay, but the experience fell far short due to poor preparation, lack of basic hospitality, and unresponsiveness. I hope the host and VRBO take steps to improve this for future guests.

The check in process was pretty difficult. There were several videos to watch which were helpful but you received them only an hour before check in. It was not clear that there would be a lot to review so I was surprised when we arrived that check in was as cumbersome as it was.The owners seem to use an some type of a management team - there were tons of messages sent by what seemed to be an AI assistant. That was annoying. When we called to clarify check in we were able to speak with a real person and they were quite helpful.The apartment itself was spacious and clean on the surface, but the carpets were filthy in the bedrooms and the living room. The bedding was very cheap as well. The final straw was the fact that there was no bedding available for the couch and when I called to talk with the management I was given 2 codes for the storage closet that did not work. Overall - the building was great, but the space was not to our expectations.
