It seems like a nice place so far for what we need. The staff at check in was very polite and accommodating to our needs for extra towels and bedding. So far the only odd thing is a neighbor who yells (very loudly) odd things from his room. Hopefully that is the last we've heard of him so we can rest.

Took 4 attempts to get into a room. First room TV didn’t work. No apology - switched rooms key didn’t work - then gave us room with wrong beds - new room key didn’t work again - then finally did and person working did not think the inconvenience of it all was a big deal. Breakfast was medicore

Negative-Booked hotel for an event in Salina. Hotel could use some upkeep. Refrigerator did not work. I was not notified that the pool was out of order-the pool was one of the reasons I booked here. Room wasn’t cleaned well…was dusty, someone’s sock from a prior stay is under the couch. The couch mattress did not look clean. Curtain was dirty-looked like something got spilled on it. Positive-Staff was helpful and friendly.

When we opened the door to our room there was a glass of apple juice and a vape on the counter. The room was clean but looked like someone has just been there. The fridge/freezer didn’t work so we kept some things in the hotel fridge at the registration desk. The microwave didn’t work in our room so we used one in the lobby. It says it has a pool but the pump is broken and you’re not able to swim. The people were nice but the accommodations were not.

Open doors

First room had a window that didnt didnt close all the way. First floor and 26 degrees. They did change my room but the reason im on the first floor is difficultly breathing. Took close to 8 trips back and forth to get everything moved. Exhausted, good thing I was at a hotel.

The service was great especially the breakfast guy. He was the nicest most hard worker we have ever seen at a hotel, and we have been at hundreds of hotels with our travelling wrestling team.

Clean & comfortable at a great price

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Although not recently updated, the hotel property is well maintained. We arrived late at night and the desk clerk was friendly and helpful. One of our key cards didn't work; maybe a card programmer device issue?

Older property. Kingsize bed was comfortable but too close to the wall for ease of access on that side. TV, this particular room, was nor fully controlled by the remote.
