Clean unit, good communicating.

Location is downtown and we have stayed here 2 times with no issues. We appreciate the reasonable amount of checkout items (only 4 easy to-dos).

Great location

Loved the large deck with a view of the creek. We played card games out there and enjoyed the scenery. Plenty of space for the 3 of us girls. Thank you for a nice place to lay our heads.

Good place to just chill, watch some old movies, and hang out. Easy walking distance to shopping, food, coffee, etc.

The good and the not so good

The condo is perfectly located near downtown Salem and is next to the creek so the sound of the water is really nice. In general the condo was very clean however it is very old and it shows. The cheap blinds in the bedrooms were broken so looked really bad and didn't give the privacy that they should. The

Attentive property owners, nice unit, creekside

We stayed here one night arriving about 9 PM and leaving about 7:00 AM. The beds and bedding were comfortable, kitchen well stocked and the location is convenient to much around town. One issue came up, which wasn't the owners' fault, and they took care of it to our satisfaction. We do recommend staying here. Best, Jim

Perfect for what we needed

We chose this place mainly because of location as we were attending a wedding at the Deepwood Museum. It was exactly what we expected, had everything we needed and was a great location for us. The unit was very clean, spacious and exactly as described in the listing. I received prompt responses from the host when I reached out. Do not judge from the outside appearance. The complex is old and may cause someone to hesitate but the unit was inviting and comfortable.

Nice spot

We don't come to Salem often so when we had to come to town for a gymnastics competition this was a great little spot. Really great communication and response on the few little things we needed to mention, but nothing that interfered with the quality of the space or our stay. We would stay here again.

Great balcony

The place was really nice and comfy. Loved the creek view balcony. Located close to Willamette University and downtown. Super close to a home shelter, which is a sad reality in Oregon. We felt safe.

Perfect stay in Salem visiting family

We stayed in this condo for a week while visiting family in West Salem. It was just as pictured and described, perfectly clean, good sized rooms, well equipped kitchen, large balcony, no noise whatsoever- exactly what we wanted and needed. The location downtown was convenient to shops and restaurants and easy parking. No complaints. I will stay here again.
